Terrible the bed matress is covered in pee and the bed sheets are not properly washed, including talking to the customer host up from telling and threats to call the cops

Decent, clean place to stay for a reasonable price.

Terrible bedding and pillows. Room was unkept and run down

Seemed clean until I got into bed and found numerous blood stains all over my bedding. I swapped the bedding and the other set ALSO had blood stains.

Everything met expectations.

Front clerk was not customer friendly. Very mad looks and did not look happy to be there. Was not willing to listen to our concerns.

Great location for Vetter Stone event. Easy to find, breakfast wasn’t much.

The hotel was clean. There is a sign on the front door saying they demand you to wipe your muddy or wet feet. The wording was a little off putting

The staff were nice, small 1-bed room. Bathroom sink didn’t drain but shower was great. Limited breakfast options. Fine for a 1-night stay.

They didn't honor price of pets listed in expedia ad . So ended up having to pay exta $30 dollars. They didn't have notice out of the increase.. when i left, they had put sign out. Probably cause I complained Walls thin as could hear other people talking and their tv.

Room was clean but very bare bones- it didn't have a microwave. There was a dirty sock from another guest under the bed. It smelled smokey, but was a non smoking room, and when the air conditioner was turned on it gave off a fried chicken smell. Beds were hard.

We had 2 rooms. Neither room was as clean as they should be. The unacceptable concern we had was in one room there was a dirty bandaid on the window seat and dried blood on the pillow and pillow case. The front staff was not friendly. We would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean and quiet, great breakfast, good water pressure in shower, friendly staff

The be had a noticeable dip in the middle. The pillows where heavy, flat and hard, indicating old.The tub was not in great shape with a noticeable seal problem. The bathroom towels were ragged. We had to ask for a different ice bucket, because that wasn't even clean.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything that could’ve been wrong with this hotel was wrong! First night in our room we noticed dead bugs ALL over the carpet in the corners! The carpet in the halls and stair well smelled moldy! We were told to re use our towels as they didn’t want to waste water by continuing to wash dirty ones. The owner actually had an attitude when I asked for new towels, after making ME bring them down since THEIR housekeeper didn’t get them from our room! They never changed our sheets! A couple of the sheets that were on the bed were stained and we found other people’s hair in them as well! We will NEVER stay here or with this company again, as it seems like they don’t care or hire the wrong people to run their facilities!!!!

The room was clean, comfortable, well-stocked. and The staff was courteous and efficient, and they went out of their way to help. When an older guest in a nearby room had issues in the middle of the night, the staff responded quickly to assist him and get him the help he needed.

Our room was clean. Bathrooms may need an update but, over all clean & friendly staff.

Was ok until house keeping tried to walk in on us in the morning. Later saw the do not interrupt sign was gone off door.

The unit was dirty with stuff slopped on the counter, food crumbs on the floor, hair in the sheets and more. When i brought it to their attention, they said "this isn't the Holiday inn" instead of cleaning it or offering a cleaner room. Ended up staying somewhere else and had a pleasant stay.
