There was blood on the shower head in our bathroom and the room was messy with trash in the drawers and some kind of scum in the tub. We heard people coming and going all night outside our doors. Overall was a terrible experience. The staff were okay though.

I got to the property early, traveling from out of town. I went to the hotel as soon as I got in town around 1:30. I was able to check in early & I so appreciated this kind gesture from management.

We requested a 1st floor room (bad mistake) there was a party on the first floor! That was into early morning…..The smell in the room was musty.
Tub had stains the sink had a crack.
One of my family members staying in another room received bed bugs bite. Ugh.
Flooring looks dingy and dirty need to be replaced!’

Very dirty. Room said it slept 5 but only had two beds. Also said it had roll away beds, but they did not. We were given two dirty cushions for my child to sleep on the floor with since no other rooms were available. Breakfast area was not clean. The gravy kettle was not wiped down and the crusty drips just got worse. They barely put out any food. My husband asked for fresh coffee as it was out and two hours later there was still no coffee.

Roaches!!!! So many roaches! We killed four in our room. We packed up and left as soon as we could. The walls are also thin, so noisy.
