I was very pleased with everything here. The staff were helpful and kind. Something hot for breakfast would have been a plus, but the options for a quick breakfast on the go were fine. I will be back!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Parking was not an issue and we brought a boat. Breakfast was nice.
We will use them again when we come fishing on the Mississippi River.

I love staying at this Microtel Hotel. Teri, hotel supervisor does an outstanding job of being very friendly, caring and efficient. She runs the hotel in 5 star service. I highly recommend staying here and i will always stay here when im in Onalaska.
The breakfast was included and it was great too and im a very picky eater.

There was only one person that could speak English when we first arrived & his English wasn’t very good. Very Expensive for Very small room & no real breakfast. ($300.00 for 2 nights.)

For the cost of this room, I expected more. The toilet seat was loose, the counter was pulling away from the wall, etc. I would also expect someone to be at the desk at all times…not just a basket to drop the room key in. The woman at the desk when I did check in was very friendly.

Property was very nice and quiet. Could use some vending machines and maybe updated ice machines! All in all it was a nice stay for our 2 nights there.

Nice overnight stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the desk attendant was very friendly. Wish that breakfast hours on Sunday would be longer than 9:30.

Loud music and inappropriate party happening in the hotel until 2:00 a.m. My family would have left but we heard loud commotion in the hallway. It was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had.

It was fine. The room was pretty janky, feeling wallpaper, questionable plumbing fixtures. The bathtub spout didn't work right, and water came out of the shower and the bath smells simultaneously.
The bed was nice and clean and soft with nice pillows. But the rest of the room was dirty and in need of maintenance.
Staff was robotic and curt.
Sufficed as a crash pad, but next time I will opt for a nicer hotel. Would have been fine for 20-year-old me, but 40-year-old me is a little over it.

Good location. Not the cleanest. Beds were ok. No hot breakfast. There was a microwave if you wanted to heat something up. Juice machine was leaking and left a puddle on floor. One customer complained his bagel was moldy. For a cheap night it’s ok but don’t expect much.

No heat on when initially entered the room (10 degrees outside), hallways and room didn’t smell the greatest, outer door to enter the building was not locked at all and the latch to our room door didn’t latch unless you slammed it several times. Basically, a place to sleep and nothing more.

First room toilet almost overflowing and very dirty! Tried to call front desk and phone didn’t work in the room! Went down to the front desk to ask for a clean room and one that toilet wasn’t going to over flow, this was happening when just flushing. Room was changed and the new room was another dirty toilet and shower! Can hear everything from other rooms and interstate! Will never stay again!
