For the price, it was an amazing deal. While the place itself may have been a little dated, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was very clean, the staff was extremely nice (front desk, concierge, cleaning staff) and helpful. It’s literally in Times Square which makes it easier at the end of a long day to locate. At night we felt very safe as there was a concierge in a security guard standing in the entryway of all of the elevators… on top of it, you need your key to use the elevator itself. We got a high floor with a fantastic view. I would definitely stay here again and hope I do.

When we got to the room there was some trash left in the small bin on top of the desk. Also, the AC was not very cold and one of the vents was closed. Other than that it was good. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

The only thing going for this hotel is location other then that bad experience, unexpected cost, no refrigerator,no microwave, always hot, it needs to be renovated, call on their room phone no answer at the desk, I'll never go back or recommend it to anyone
