Motel 6 Columbus, OH

There were several cockroaches in the room. The AC and the shower need upgraded. They were old and on their last legs.

They have roaches and bed bugs!! Had to find somewhere else to sleep at 1am. When brought it up during check out the man said "well we tried". A prostitute tried to hit on my son. This place should not be in business. And you should be ashamed to promote it.

The place was filthy, the in towels were dirty and I had bed bugs.

They got bed bugs and roaches everywhere, I'll never stay there again

My husband found a bed bug in his room. It had not been cleaned when he arrived. The bed was unmade & there was urine in the toilet.

Avoid at any cost. No water in the shower. Fridge was leaking. Bed was dirty. Sheets were definitely not clean.

My rooms floor was shiny/greasy , my bed had roaches, also on restroom door

Nice check-in and outside of property recently fixed up. Room itself smells and had some bugs. Maybe in a month this property will be in better shape.

Nice place for the money

This property is infested with bed bugs and roaches. Do not let them tell you any different. If you do take a chance on believing them just pull up the blankets on the corners of your mattress. I can promise you if one room has them they all have them

We had no shower curtain in the shower. The tub had long black hairs in it. And there were dead bugs in the refrigerator. I know good help is hard to find, but just taking a few extra minutes to check the basics would be helpful

Upon checking in we were told we had to pay a $75 deposit for potential damage. We get to the room and there is a dead roach under the microwave, a cigarette butt and ashes laying on the floor in the bathroom, and the bathtub looked like somebody had been killed and someone scrubbed it so much it was worn out. Would not recommend staying here ever.

Was out in Ohio for a music festival. Hotel was convenient for the stay. Nothing to fancy, nothing too bad.

We found baby roaches and the AC didn't work. No vent fan so the floors got wet and very slick

The lady at the front desk was very nice is the only good thing I have to say about this place. When you book/pay online they don’t tell you about the deposit that’s more than it was for the room then you get there. Once in the room it was dirty went to turn the ac on first thing and they was a spider on the ac. When to take a shower the tub was stopped up. One minute the water was fine then the next you was freezing or burning to death without even touching anything.

They first put gave is a room that was occupied by dog and a person. Then moved us to a room that smelled terrible.

Rooms seemed clean and nice until I went into the bathroom and she took the sheets of the bed there was bed bugs horrible they ended up giving us a full refund but it was horrible I would never recommend staying here

The area was bad and the motel is dirty inside and out

My worst hotel experience to date. I was given a key to my 1st room and it didn't work. As I got back in my car I watched someone knock on the door and someone inside my room let them in. It was already occupied!!! I was then given a key to a second room. The key worked this time, but this room was also occupied! Personal belongings were scattered amongst the room and the tenants were in the shower! I was then given a key to a third room, this one finally vacant. The odor was so terrible that I had to leave the door open until I left for the evening. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week or more with dirt and debris everywhere. There was no trash can anywhere, not even in the bathroom. Nor was there an alarm clock. The TV didn't work and one of the only 2 lights flashed. People sitting outside on the steps that got rude with me for using them and a staff that could care less about any of my complaints. Never again! Should probably just be condemned.

We did not even stay one night we arrived and got in our room and within 30 minutes we packed up and left. There were cockroaches everywhere along with multiple other bugs
