I thought the property was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel felt safe. The area outside hotel was dirty with a lot of trash and food on the ground, but it was not the fault of the property. Was easy enough to just ignore and walk past. My only issue that I want to bring forward, is that every day looking out our window, in the apartment directly across our room, was a chronic masturbator in the window, fully nude, with lights on like he wanted people to see him. It was every day, multiple times a day. We just shut our curtains and didn't worry about it as we are both adults, but if there had been kids in our room it could have been an issue. Nothing we are complaining about because it is LA and we expected some crazy things to happen, but just a heads up to the hotel property, as others may be more offended then we were. Overall it was a great place, cant beat the price, super convenient area to be in, and great staff. We would come back again.

Parking was full because of how small the garage was, but staff directed us to a parking garage that was around the corner. We were a little skeptical at first but then saw that it was guarded and it was only $20 for the whole day/night we were there which was very good to me. Didn’t feel like I couldn’t trust my car there. Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. Would love to stay here again !

Room clean & spacious. Plenty of storage space. Bright & airy. Bathroom clean. Well-stocked with soap & towels. Housekeeping every other day. Excellent location. Hollywood Boulevard almost on the doorstep. Highly recommended & great value for money.

disgusting floors that hadnt been cleaned since the 90’s, toilet over flowed and clogged many times. Not enough parking for their guests, never again.

Price for downtown LA was very reasonable. However, the motel has very limited parking for guest. I asked someone at the desk if they had a plastic bag I could have. He said no only housekeeping has those.

The floor are very dirty and very squeaky the doors are not sealed properly so you can hear the hallway noise. The toilet is very low to the ground and very close to the tub. If you are on a quick trip and don’t need a expensive room this is the place but be warned this is not a quiet area.

Neighbourhood was dirty with increased homelessness. Property was centrally located. Staff had to reprogram room keys daily (that was a huge inconvenience because they should have worked for the entire stay). If you are looking for a basic room for sleeping in Hollywood it is very affordable and convenient

I personally love M6 its the area this one was in that left me speechless... Hollywood has many bums and homeless people plus drug abuser.i was in room 120 and the people in 119 didnt let the party run down it lasted for 2 days just noise

Do not recommend for families. The staff was nice and helpful but to be honest had I know better I would not have booked here or anywhere near Hollywood. Didn’t feel safe and there were people coming and going slamming doors at night.

Staff is so wonderful and welcoming! Our room was decently clean. For the price and location it was a steal! I really enjoyed the mini fridge in the room and the ac works great. The only down fall is you can really hear people walking from the floor above but that’s more because I’m a light sleeper. Overall, would definitely book again.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Stayed for 3 nights and had to have my room key reprogrammed 6 times, so that was annoying, but the staff was helpful every time. Every night was a bit sketchy in front of the hotel, but you are near Hollywood Blvd so it was to be expected. Overall it was a decent place to stay. .
