The pillows were garbage- very stiff and flat. The shower head had a lot of clogged holes, poor pressure. Smallest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room-only 32”. Vending was out of order and pool was closed for maintenance.

Bed bugs. Every room should be adequately treated to eradicate these.

It was average stay for one night

I did my reservation and pay my stay in this platform. I was charge again in the hotel so a got charge double! Ive done it before it and is the firts time this happens to me. The room we got it was ok for the price , not very clean but it was ok, the bad thing is we have to get up in the middle of the nigth due to bed bugs on my bed i went to fron desk and they apologized and gave me another room i had to sleep with the lights on becouse of this issue. Thanks God it was only one night i understand you get whya you pay for but i think it is a problem having bed bugs very disappointed

This hotel was expensive for what you got. Which is a cup of coffee in the morning. No water in rooms. No tissue. It was passable for cleanliness. But was not Clean by any measure. It was at a convenient location for us. To I 25.

There was a lot going on here. The pool was shut down for issues and there was a huge water leak into the entrance of the hotel. The elevator was terrifying and the button board was more than broken, we actually got stuck in it for a little while. The rooms were sub-par. Uncomfortable, smelly, and the bathrooms were dirty. Wouldn’t really recommend this place, even for a one nighter.

For the very basic sleep and shower it was fine. Close to everything.

Stayed last week on the 2nd floor everything was good , stayed one week later on the first floor and could hear the front desk and multiple males talking and laughing all night full volume, no consideration for the guests trying to sleep The bed and pillow smelled like icy hot or Ben gay . Very disappointing for travelers who had a 12 hour drive the next morning

Safely lit and pet friendly

The hotel needs a good scrubbing on the walls, elevator needs to be updated if you stayed on the second floor the button works after you press it a bunch of times. Room was ok, it served its purpose, bathroom floor cracked as well as tub floor, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, you had to flush it 3-4 times to get all waste to flush, the mattresses were old, imprinted were people have laid on, the pillows were small and lumpy, it was very hard to get comfortable, the sheets weren’t very clean I kept finding hair in them. Overall 3/10 like I said served its purpose, won’t be starting there again though.

The pool has been down for several weeks and there is crazy, green stuff living in pool and hot tub. It’s smells horrible! And my room was looking at it! When you walked out of my room the first thing you see is green water with living creatures in it!

The place has too many maintenance issues. Door knob’s you turn up not down. Room key cards don’t work on entry doors. Ice machine out of order.
