The whole place sticks... like an old ash trays snd empty beer cans.. the heaters were raggity and our sheets had stains on them

The bed should have been replaced at least a year ago. Electrical issues with one of the lamps. Front desk has a new person working at night, and he's not ready to work solo. Though he is very nice and very courteous.

I have stayed in many budget-friendly motels. This one was very sketchy and unsafe. Upon entering the lobby I was “greeted” by an armed security guard. I asked about his armed presence, and I assured the motel was safe. He said he was armed to “keep out homeless people.” The ceiling in the lobby had a fairly large hole in it with exposed pipes. I checked in and discovered no blankets were on the beds. I asked for 2 but was told, “We have been giving them out all day; I’ll see if I can find one, and if I can, I’ll bring it up. Go to the wall, flip the switch to cool, and turn the heat up to 86°.” It was around 6° that evening. At 1:00 am, I hear someone knocking on a door down the hall asking for the people’s last name. The man then identified himself as the manager, and said, “I need your last name so I can check you in.” How did they get in the room without being checked in and given a key? I let Hotels.com know about the situation, and they tried, but getting a refund was out of their hands.

Card key reader didn't work in 1st room assignment. Heater didn't work in first room assignment. 2nd room assignment was better but overall, this was one of the worst motel 6 properties we've stayed in. Exterior doors didn't close and lock proper. The presence of a security guard was slightly comforting but signified the condition of the property, its location, and its clientele. Staff was ok but would definitely not stay at this location again!!

ride dangerous guest threatening everybody about hell kill anybody b everybody. harassing customers n employees n management didn't take control of situation. my room for wouldn't lock from inside n outside n had to stay the entire trip with fears of intruders coming in

It is a ran down hotel that was probably decent 30 years ago. Noisy, dirty, and I am not talking about the cleaning service, which was ok, I am talking about the overall condition of the place. It would be acceptable for a 20-dollar per night rate, not for a 70-dollar per night motel.
