Rooms weren’t cleaned as

I walked into the room and sat on the bed for two minutes, and a cockroach was crawling on it. I will never waste my time here again.

First off we arrived around 3:30, check-in is 3:00, they couldn't find our reservation and then asked that we come back in a half hour to get a room. Once we returned they said they didnt have the king room that we reserved. After some time they were finally able to put us in a king room. The room was subpar to say the least. It had a bed, tv and one plastic chair. The spread on the bed had food stains on the outside and dried boogers on the inside. The floor was dirty to the point we had to wear shoes at all times. The pool and location were great however. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We have photos however this app won't let us add them.

Friendly service clean rooms convenient and quiet

The check in was 3pm, got there at 4:30 and they said it was not ready since it was dirty. They were down to one dryer and couldn’t send an information notice out. Got to the room finally at 8pm and wanted to shower, but the drainage was awful and kept the dirty water in the tub. The water was only hot or cold, no mediating between the two.

The room was very simple.. nothing extra and not very clean... no microwave or minifriges in any rooms so bring a cooler. The remote to the tv was dead. I walked up to front office and was there for 30 minutes waiting for the girl behind the desk to figure out how to open the remote only to be told she had no batteries another 10 minutes later she came back with batteries she had to take from a empty rooms remote. They closed the pool early the 1st night we were there with 2 children who were looking forward to the pool and the main reason for staying there.. Woke them up early next morning to enjoy the pool before leaving only to be told the pool wouldnt open until 11 am which conveniently is check out time. Not impressed at all.

The staff was friendly nice and helped if we needed anything. However the people living in the hotel were horrible, the lady in the room on right side of 319 would scream and yell if my dogs barked one time. She banged and banged on walls. Her and her other half got into fights hitting each other in the middle night. Scared my daughter half to death. She should be kicked out not to mention her late night drug drop offs. She made our stay horrible

Best feature was outdoor pool, no fridge or microwave, very basic. Selling point was proximity to Bucaneer Bay.

Pool was nice. Room was clean. I had no cold water to shower. Called from desk and they said they would send maintenance. They never came to fix the issue.

Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel room was disappointing. The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival and didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub would fill up with water while showering, which was uncomfortable, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were below expectations.

I booked the room from Thursday to Saturday, it was cost efficient and smoke free. When we arrived the young lady at the counter was pleasant and friendly. When we got to our room, only one key card worked for the door, the roomed smelled like stale cigarettes, and was damp and dank, there was a dead roach carcass on the wall and my son found another roach crawling on the window. The tub faucet had a terrible leak and some in of the electrical outlets didn't work.

Old hotel with fresh paint. Some things can't be fixed with paint. Needs real renovations.

One of the cleanest hotels and fully staffed hotels I've ever been to. There was always an employee in sight and everything was as expected.
