Everything but the staff was great. Clerk acted extremely inconvenienced by the fact that we were there and she had to log in to the computer, and then was rude again when asked about the advertised included breakfast. Apparently breakfast is not served here.

I do not want nir need a ha dicapped room. The room was set up for a wheelchair so there was no extra chair to sit in and watch tv
Also the bed was very low and difficult to get up from. The bathroom had no
Counter space due to the handicapped set up and the hand held shower didnt stay up at the top so showering was also difficult.the shampoo and shower
Gel were both empty as well???

Stayed in a handicap room, however the door to the room was not magnetic, meaning, you had to hold the door open as you entered. Not sure how they expect a single handicap person to do that as these doors are very heavy.
The room was noisy with highway traffic. Besides that, everything else was great.

We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. (Beds not made and wet towels on the floor). Receptionist was very helpful and gave us another room right away. There is a faint smell of cigarette throughout the building. Not great for families.
