The Napa Inn was very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed our two night stay very much with comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfasts were delicious. The lemon cookies in the evening are delicious and added a special touch.

This is great property and location to stay. Walkable to downtown Napa where all the shops and restaurants are. This is our second time staying here. Unfortunately this time around there were some issues with our room BUT staff and manager was very apologetic and took care of everything right away. Great staff, great customer service, great breakfast. Just the rooms needs some more love and care.

Breakfast was good, cooked to order. Crowded, had to wait an half hour to get seated but offered uc coffee. Couch was uncomfortable and needed to be re-upholstered.
Bed pillows were uncomfortable, flat and needed to be replaced.

The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed in our room was also very comfortable and the grounds were very pretty. Our only call out is some needed maintenance. The buildings are obviously old, which is part of the charm of the B&B, but the back house is in need of some attention. The exterior stairs and railings had considerable dry rot and the toilets could use an upgrade.

This is a lovely property. There was a minor issue with our room that we promptly reported to hotel staff. The issue was promptly addressed. All involved were very professional and eager to assist!

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was awesome!
My room could havee used a few small chairs, sitting on the bed was not comfortable to watch tv. There was two large rocking chairs out side, but too big to move inside. Unfortunately our room was next to the laundry room and when the spin cycle was on, it was not comfortable in the room. Having said that, the positive overshadowed the couple of dings. Close to downtown was cool as well.

Lovely old fashioned property. Our only issue was check in- we had to wait around from 3.30-4 as “other guests were being helped”- rather frustrating. Otherwise lovely bed and breakfast- readily available drinks and cookies and delicious breakfast.
