Great stay with very comfortable and modern rooms. One of the best marriotts I’ve stayed in. They must have remodeled recently too because the lobby is gorgeous too. The front desk workers were busy several airline guests but they were able to check me in smoothly. As a Platinum member, I got unlimited access to the M lounge for free snacks. They also provided Asian snacks as well like wasabi flavored chips. The M lounge was a great spot to get work done because of how quiet it was. WiFi also fast enough to do video calls. Overall outstanding hotel and will stay here again next time I’m in NYC

The lady at the bar! I did not get her name but she knows everyone and everything. She was kind and quick and she was on it!

I just wish I hadn’t been on the 1st floor. I looked out onto mechanical equipment. It was also hard to find the main entrance after hours. Staff were nice, especially in the rest room and at checkout.

This is a nice hotel but they offer rollaway beds ONLY FOR KING SIZE ROOOMS . I called before flying in to ensure that I could get the bed & woman at desk said YES . The front desk guy Matthew explained it’s a “fire hazard” . I encourage extra training so people aren’t disappointed as I was checking in ! And also the thermostat in the room was BROKEN and the TV went out multiple times !
