Newly Renovated Condos French Quarter

The property was very clean and tidy.

excellent location, nice and clean; there are two electric outlet missing plate cover, three floor nail exposed on the wood floor.

It was very poor communication.They would not let me check in with my state issue, ID or a passport. They said for us citizens, you need a Driver's license even though there is an option for a passport and ID it still was not accepted. The elevator was broke. We had to walk up to the 4th floor. The toilet was broke, it would not flush?We had to pour water in the back of it to make it flush and the handle was also broke on the toilet. If you are coming during Mardi Gras, it will be very hard to get to this property if you are driving the property may be 4 minutes driving distance away, but the GPS will reroute. You 40 minutes because of street closures and traffic it's only a few minutes walking away from bourbon, and it's very close to many restaurants and stores. So that is a plus the property itself wasn't bad besides the elevator and the toilet

The stay was great the only things I would share in hope before others stay. The shower in the master bath was slow to drain. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom did not work well, we had to use the plunger. I appreciated how clean, all the toiletries and well stocked with towels.

I loved the location and the decor. The one thing I was frustrated with and my reason for selecting this location is that it offered a patio or terrace area that looked like it was coming from the room. There was no terrace or any information of patio seating. I never would’ve spent the money I did for not having a personal patio. The location was ideal and beautiful otherwise

Not bad. Just lots of ants

We had a party of 6 people. There were only 6 bath towels so we had to do laundry frequently for the 8 days we were there. No extra blankets available and the couch does not fold out into a hide-a-bed. There were bare minimum kitchen items for cooking. Four glasses for a group of 6. no remote for the tv in the guest bedroom so we had to share with the kids. it was super loud at night as you are on canal street so you here everything from screaming ravens outside the window to fire sirens and ema all night long. I’m the building itself we heard no other guests and it felt private. Elevator was nice and convenient and the locked door to get into the building was nice for security. The kitchen was nice and the coffee and filters were nice the next morning.

When we arrived the elevator was broken and we had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs (I just had 2 knee surgeries this summer). I messaged the 24 hr number - NO response. At first sight, the property was really nice and clean. Then as i walked into the primary room a board in the floor was broke. Then I started noticing little ants, just a few. Okay, that can happen. Over the course of a day the ants increased...it was insane. Then, the fire alarm started going off every hour - like the battery was low. I texted the 24 hr number with ZERO response. The next night, it started again at 1 am. I called the number at 230 am. The maintenance person came the next morning and had to dismantle the alarms because it was not the batteries. The ants were insane. They were all over my bed, in my bed, all over the bathroom. There are NO racks to hang your towels on. I draped mine over the headboard and it was covered in ants. If they could take care of these issues and be better at communication, it would be nice. Overall, not impressed.

Property was very clean and safe, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to walk everywhere pretty quickly-it turned out we didn’t need the car we rented because walking was so much easier. The customer service on the phone was incredible! Would stay here again

The listing was great overall! The only thing I can comment on is that one of the remote's buttons are not functioning too well, and the door to the two queen beds sticks a little bit, but they weren't really an issue for my group. The listing was worth the price, especially because of its distance to the French Quarter

Good place to stay

Property was in a nice location. It was close enough to the French quarter without being inside of it. It was easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was nice and clean

Property was close to everything we needed and response was quick from owner. Had a great time and would definitely stay again

The parking garage near by is $25 per day. We didn’t feel safe in our room due to the lock on the door. It was missing a screw and the frame was cracked like someone had kicked in the door previously. We called them and they never got back to them about it, even after we stated we didn’t feel safe. We moved the couch chair in front of the door. Other then that the place itself was clean and comfortable. Also I received a different access code for entry and it worked all day and the next day it was changed to what it was originally supposed to be without notice.

Beautiful place in a very convenient location.

Recommend this condo. Felt safe and was very quiet.
