What a convenient place to stay! So close to so much. We walked everywhere we needed to go with the exception of back/forth from the airport. Clean, the bathroom products were lovely, the continental breakfast was fresh and perfect for us that don't eat big in the mornings, and the coffee was good too. Staff was kind and helpful, and we'll stay here again when in Boston.

Guest house is as I expected ! Quiet, clean, cosy and bang on with the location . Convenient and vintage vibes .. Highly recommended for a short trip 👍

Near Northeastern University. Quiet area. Close to T station and shopping. Well stay here again. Room was very clean and bed real comfortable. Good coffee, pastries and hard boiled eggs.

Perfect place for a few days in downtown Boston

Cute, clean, well run. Close to most things, colleges, parks, cultural venues and transportation.

The shower is smaller than toilet in plain

The house was clean and easy to find, the hosts were wonderful and very communicative. My room was lovely and clean, with lots of light from the window. I even had a balcony outside to enjoy my coffee in the morning. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location in the heart of Boston but tucked away so it really is an oasis. Great restaurants within steps. Easy stroll to Berkelee School of Music. Likewise to T station. It's an old house with some of the things an old property presents but they were no problem or liability at all.

I've stayed at this property a few times now and will happily be back again. If you're expecting the Ritz you'll be disappointed, but it's clean with friendly staff, good breakfast included and its location is great, especially for a baseball fan. The area its in feels very safe and well lit- as a solo female traveller I had no issues being around there later at night. Also very close to a T Station so easy access to anywhere in Boston, or even outside of Boston too. 10/10 recommend for a budget friendly base for a few nights on a city trip. For the price you won't do better.

I chose this property because of its proximity to Fenway park. We only stayed one night but I would definitely recommend it! Parking was available so we were able to avoid traffic and driving in traffic, which is always a plus! The property is old and small but well kept, clean, and tidy. The staff including the housekeeping crew were very friendly.

Great place to stay for getting to the Boston Symphony, Prudential Tower, Fenway Park and Boylston Street all on foot. Breakfast was great and beds were comfortable.
