My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this resort. The beach view was worth it alone. The hotel is beautiful, it is in an ideal location, located on the beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.The rooms were ok, the bed was comfortable, but the room and bathroom were outdated with cracks in the bathroom tile and on the door, rust around sink area and in the shower. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would stay here again.

I stayed here when it first opened. It’s still a nice property but the owners have spoilt the experience with their unwarranted hidden charges. We stayed for one night and didn’t use any facilities but got hit with a “resort fee”. Seriously? Now they’ve also started charging for parking. In a real city one can understand $35 for overnight parking, but at Jax Beach parking is cheap and readily available. This is a purely a “screw the customer “ ploy. Unless u get some discount deal, this place is way overpriced and I would never stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. The staff is very friendly. The only complaint I had was sometimes when I tried to call first before arriving and once got on the property the phones would ring and no one would answer. Once someone finally did, they were always extremely helpful. So maybe a little more staffing. But I come almost yearly and will continue to do so because of the excellent location and overall very wonderful staff.

Not what I hoped or expected. Not worth the money initially and especially not with a surprise $70 extra for my 12 hr stay! They said it was a resort and valet fee. But resort amenities were no where to be found and not communicated if they had them.
Bathrooms suck! They are tiny and the door barely clears the toilet. Shower is comparable to a motel 6. Dated! The required valet personnel is rude and the lobby area in the morning smelled like smoke! Beds are average. TV is VERY dated by like 20+ yrs.
The biggest waste of money I’ve spent in years!
