The check-in process was excessively slow, the sink was blocked, and the service was subpar. The hotel does not provide complimentary water in the rooms. Even a slight touch of the mini bar incurs an automatic charge; while they do reverse it, the stress of worrying about it was unnecessary. Additionally, there is no fridge or microwave in the room. Although the hotel was clean and situated in a decent location, I would not choose to stay at this hotel or resort again.

Always enjoy the Palms but the housekeeping service was lackluster this trip

This property needs to refurbish their rooms completely. Shelves in the bathroom were painted sloppy. Further falling apart with tags from previous guest stuck in between. Lighting over sinks are too dim to see in mirror. Stained lamp shades. Now the good. Spacious (Ivory Suite King). Quiet. Bellman was friendly.

Went to the hotel to celebrate Mother’s Day with girlfriends. Overall I enjoyed my stay the hotel had a comfortable bed the rooms were nice. I have stayed in Vegas multiple times and I was happy that the casino didn’t smell like cigarette smoke. Danielle at the spa had great customer service and made my experience easy when I checked into the spa. Rob helped me to set up a cabana at the pool. He was very helpful with helping me decide on a pool area that fit my needs. I did have a hard time with check in. It was only one front desk attendant checking in guest. I was given a key card that didn’t open my room door three times. I had to keep getting back in line to reactivate the key card. They had to change my original room and I was told to knock on the door to see if someone else was in the room. The front desk attendant thought that the key card didn’t open the door because the room was already occupied which was very odd when you just assigned me the room. I rated service a 3 for not having more staff to help customers check in. Also it was very inconvenient that my key card didn’t open my room door.

One of the worst hotels I have ever went in my whole life I have been to Vegas I have been to Florida I have been to Myrtle Beach I have been to Los Angeles California I have been to New York and this by far is one of the worst hotels one of the worst hotels on the face of the planet. Run as fast as you can

I really enjoyed my stay BUT I was a bit disappointed with the room and the bathroom- there was heavy mineral deposits on the sink faucet and there is no fan in the bathroom. The mini couch and foot rest were stained (dried white stuff - eek!) and the table by the mini sofa was damaged and not clean.

Very nice and comfortable stay . Off to itself , not by the bush strip but yet close to anywhere.

Pros: free easy parking, reasonable hotel rate, location just outside strip but close enough Cons: room needed tlc, bathroom wasnt clean, heavy smoke on lobby/casino(no ventilations)

The hotel room with spacious had a great view of the strip. The beds were clean and extraordinarily comfortable. I would definitely book another stay there.
