I love the private pool and being able to use the amenities 24 hrs

The customer service was extremely accommodating and super friendly

I feel like it is the middle of the road. Stay at best. There are a lot of amenities, but a lot of the place is run down and doesn't work. We stayed at the champagne suite and had to move to a 2nd one due to the shower having problems with maintaining temperature. When we told the front, they sent maintenance, and he called saying we just need to move the lever in increments due to possible bad valve. Had somewhat the same issue in the new suite, and also the suite had several cracks in the flooring and tile, too. The hot tub needs repair. The sink was very slow. The fridge seemed to have an issue with the freezer portion. the sauna didn't work at all. The AC wasn't cool enough for the size of the place all the time going to bed kinda cool, but I was waking up hot. Probably shouldn't charge so much with all these issues, and the bocce ball area was totally overgrown with plants in it as well. When these things are brought up with the front desk, they just write it down for maintenance. $300+ a night is kinda steep for a shower, small pool, and bed. When so much more was promised. I will say the staff was quite friendly and nice just don't expect discounts or refunds on anything if things don't work in the room. Breakfast was also pretty good. I do recommend the experience, but maybe not the room. It is a great area to go, especially in the winter if you ski. Good for couples, but it definitely needs fixing asap. Also, i think it says free WiFi, but they charged me a fee.

The property was clean, decorated nice. Had a lot of Love signs. My room was amazing.

Need to better up keep the property

The events at night time were a good way to relax after dinner. The atmosphere was great. Food could have been better

The only issue I had was our room pool. It was full of bugs and was never cleaned. Plus chips of the sealer and the tiles were cracking. The staff is amazing and so friendly! If you eat breakfast there, ask for Ashley as your waitress! She was so amazing!!!!

An amazing property with an amazing staff make for an amazing experience! We will be returning.

Property needs alot of TLC

First they give me the wrong room then I got a room with a private pool the room was dirty and the pool they give me a free upgrade and the room jacuzzi didn’t have hove hot water I pay 1000 dollars

My overall experience at paradise stream was not the same experience i had at cove haven. Unfortunately due to the cleanliness of the jacuzzi(i believe them to have been sewer flies coming out of & walking around), pool& towels & having a clogged bathroom sink led me to this review. In the future if i go back to Pennsylvania, cove haven will be my preference.

Very peaceful and private

Had water issue n the management did nothing

Upon arrival the service of the employees began well, we were checked in and sent straight to dinner. The first entree that was ordered was disgusting, smelling of spoiled sauce of some sort. (We ordered the Shrimp Scampi Flatbread) It caused my partner to contract food poisoning from. Within attempts to salvage the dinner, we asked for the meal to be substituted. Following our dinner experience, we’d departed from dinner, straight to the room we’d reserved. Upon entering and inspecting our room, the water supply had been contaminated throughout the room (The pool, Toilet, Sink, Jacuzzi, Shower). Whenever we’d contacted room services, they’d claimed they would help us and resolve the issues, however we’d been left through the entire night unresolved and through the morning without being able to bathe/clean ourselves, especially when my partner was unable to clean herself from her period and unable to flush the toilet, due to the water being promptly shut off completely!! Upon checking out, there was no resolution nor an apology, not even a given response to return and no gratuity offered due to our experiences through our stay.

Too long to clean the room

Felt rushed to check in, couldn’t even allow time for questions. Everything away from check in area was not maintained whatsoever. Room had dirt throughout corners. Bathroom had spiders and ants. Walking from parking lot to room was horrific, had a horror movie feel, just waiting to be attacked. Barely any outdoor lighting. Never again.

Very cozy and we love every part of it.

We had a wonderful time we would recommend it highly. It was just what the Dr. ordered.

Nice experience but resort is pricey and not all up to date.
