This property is located in a great area, just a few minutes from all the action in manhattan. It’s an old hotel but my family and I had a great time.

My daughter and I enjoyed our hotel stay. Although there were a few minor issues in our room, they were addressed immediately. The location of Park Central was definitely a big reason we stayed there. We utilized the taxis, subway along with all the walking we did. I would highly recommend PC and would stay there again.

The location was ideal. The elevators were really small so very crowded, especially in the mornings. A real negative on the stay was when they tried to charge me $500 US for smoking in the suite. We were all non-smokers. They said their sensor picked it up. It was a totally money grab and left a very bad impression. Overall I would give the hotel a 3 out of 5

Had a mixed bag of a stay here. Due to a booking error communication between hotels.com and the property, my room was not correctly booked on the property’s end and I was charged a cancellation fee before I arrived. (Even though my booking on hotels.com was booked for the correct days of my trip). I still have an extra charge from the hotel on my card that has not dropped off, and it’s been over a month since my trip. The staff were extremely helpful in getting it sorted so I could still check in but I am disappointed their error is costing me extra money. That said, the property is lovely and the rooms are comfortable, but be careful booking if you don’t like climate controlled rooms. Even though my trip was during a “colder” season (high 60s-mid 70°F) , I still like some air blowing in my room and I was completely unable to even turn on the fan since the rooms are climate controlled based on the season. The location is great, and there’s tons nearby to see and eat.

Este hotel mucho mejor que el que me quede antes pero aun asi digo que no son 4 estrellas. Estaba todo bastante limpio y los cristales para una buena vista a la ciudad. La ducha como otros hoteles siempre un problema no funcionan como debe, uno se ducha y sale agua por arriba y abajo. Recogieron las camas pero no pusieron ni vasos nuevos. Hoteles tan caros solo por la ubicacion no tienen ni cafetera.

I am booking now for our next trip and this is the only place I will ever stay! The staff is amazing and I can’t wait to go back! Location was our original reason for booking, but the way that we were treated is why we won’t stay anywhere else!
