Everything was ok until roaches started crawling once the heat got turned on

When I went in my room floor had not been vacuumed. The house keepers did not change the sheets I found hair in the bed and on the pillow. I told the housekeeper but she did not speak English and didn’t understand English. The head supervisor of house keeping did not speak English she argued with me about the bed not having hair. She refused to change the bedding so I was forced to call front desk to get another room. I heard cussing and arguing in the room beside me all night. And there were roaches in my room.

Very poor wi-fi. Not recommended for online based needs/business. They don't even seem aware of their wifi problems for guests. No food in walking distance.

Absolutely disgusting room. There were stains on the wall, doors, furniture, and pretty much every surface of the room. The shower had black mold that someone tried to caulk over. I got the last remaining non smoking room they had and it smelled like stale smoke. All of my clothes and luggage smelled that way after leaving.

The bed sagged in the middle. The sheets were scratchy. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. The don't offer shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The soap is the size of a pringle. Some plugs don't work and some get hot.

Nothing to like. Disgusting hotel. Filthy dirty. Abondoned vehicles in lot. They have not even cut the grass. At least a foot high. I would not let a stray dog stay here. Should be 0 stars but had to put in 1.

Check in was very easy and this property was flexible with my dates. I had no issue with the customer service or room.
My only complaint is there were individuals there that seemed like long term tenants and didn’t care about respecting the place. They were drinking, throwing trash everywhere and being very loud all hours.
Outside of the tenants I would stay here again.

The room was very dingy, with cockroach trails on the walls. The lights worked but were askew, and there were stains and holes in the walls and furniture. Very thin walls, you can hear everything outside and in the rooms around you.
Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel - is there a 1 star rating?
