Our stay was great, although the "free breakfast" was sorely lacking. They had a waffle iron, but it was covered up. This may be because it was "low season" but rates were a little high for what you get.
Customers have expectations that "free breakfast" means an assortment of breakfast items such as eggs or hot items like oatmeal. Granted there was cold cereal, bagels & toast, and apples, nothing else provided. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay with ocean view, as well as the historical sites. Sam was very friendly and upgraded our room for no extra charge; we greatly appreciated that!

There is currently some construction going on we did not know about. It’s a Sat morning & I can hear them outside our window. So our view not good but it was a last minute booking too.

Looks like this property is just starting to get up and running with new owners, things were clean, and you can tell her things are being updated.
However, things like a hot tub not being at all hot and being told it's because there are too many people inside....that I cannot compromise on a hot hot tub... We were told there was too many people in the hot tub, that's why it's hot. I was alone and it was cold...
