This is my favorite hotel in Miami. They take amazing care of their customers. Beautifully maintained. Comfortable bed. Very walkable; I park my truck and walk everywhere.

Great place to stay within walking distance to many dining options in downtown coconut grove, a park across the street, and the ocean only a block away. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful.

Tired property; sink drained slow; no room cleaning after first night. Nice view of bay from room. Good value relative to other hotels (free parking was GREAT!). Would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Didnt like that we couldn't check in until 4:45 p.m. I've stayed here several times and although official check in isnt until 4:00 I've always had a suite ready before then.
There were 3 hangers btwn 2 closets and there were no washclothes. Thankfully, Housekeeping delivered what we needed.
