The lady who checked us in was very friendly and informative. We hadn’t visited Lexington NC in many years and she answered our questions and gave us a guide booklet for the area. When we got to our room it was very clean and spacious. The bathroom also had plenty of toilet paper, which was a pleasant surprise. We have stayed with some hotel chains that upon arrival either didn’t have toilet paper in the room or a very small amount of toilet paper in the bathroom. Our room was facing I-85 and we were a little concerned about the Highway noise but were pleasantly surprised that it was unnoticeable when we went to bed. The breakfast was good, not as many choices as some places that we’ve stayed, but the food was hot and the breakfast area was clean. Check out was quick and easy. We will definitely stay at this location the next time we visit.

The staff was friendly. property was old, smelly and loud. Near expressway heard trucks all night, constant loud fan running in the bathroom that could not be turned off, clock was old and made a buzzing noise, air condition unit was loud. curtains were old and did not close properly allowing light from parking lot lamp near by to light up room and bed was uncomforatable but clean

The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. Sheets looked dirty. Food left in the refrigerator. Bathroom looked like no one cleaned it. Tub looked nasty. There was a cockroach under the desk.

No smile or even a greeting from desk clerk when we entered. He was not friendly at all and the room is not nearly as nice as the one we had here last time. This stay was a disappointment, and we’ll be trying somewhere else next time we come to visit family here. Tub was loose and creaked, bed squeaked, too.

Fine for sleeping which is all we did. Late night check in was easy and staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was missing some of the main items like eggs, staff informed they were out of stock.
