Just off I-27 at Loop 289. Great stay after driving south from Taos.

Nasty mattress on pull out sofa was black no sheets so disgusting i check in four people and only gave us two towels when ask for me got told they had none to come back next day next day we ask again cause they came in our room and got towels gave us only two again didn’t throw trash or make beds and got told again no towels when i ask how do i only get two when i have four ppl on my reservation they she goes to back to give me one more towel and when my husband went back she was giving two towels to someone else horrible breakfast is gross looks like they don’t clean anything worse hotel we have ever stayed at pool had broken chairs everywhere in the pool area stair case had trash everywhere the smoking spot had empty beer everywhere

The hotel was not the beast our room had an old smell to it! It was dirty! Our bathroom door was broken and could not close it all the way without it getting stuck. Went to take our kid to swim almost all the chairs were broken in there and the hot tub did not work! The patio that was attached to the pool outside was filthy full of beer cans! Our beds were okay woke up with a sore back! Definitely not be staying there again

The beds were clean and comfy but the couch was covered in stains.

The hotel was nice but there were ants in our room.

The blankets were ripped and stained. The fold out couch mattress was horribly stained. So nasty couldn't even use it. The blanket had blood stains. The hotel it's self otherwise is nice and affordable if they would just put more into the little things in the room that was easily fixable. Also the front desk customer is horrible. The ladies are rude and very uninviting. I always stay at comfort in or quality inn when traveling because they are affordable and always clean and great service. This one was a disappointment.

Everything was fine except the couch was stained and nasty and had food particles on it. One towel in the bathroom appeared soiled.

Items in the room were not functioning and there was items missing, like an iron and blow dryer. Although these things happen, we called in advance to make sure those two particular items would be in the room

Way overprised! Breakfast was not edible. Room was okay, except for the shower. Could not get any hot water out of it....just barely warm.

The hotel shows it’s years and needs some upgrades but what I care the most in hotels are their beds and those were very comfortable. I see a hotel as a place to sleep and this one offered the rest we needed!

BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. MINIMUM TOWELS IN ROOM.

It was ok. The food was good. In our room the 2 lights between the bed did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

No hot water at all, vanity lighting was atrocious, hot tub was not hot at all! carpets were torn and gross

It was a nice place to say - the worker’s at the desk were negligent
