The low price was 'Great! Sinks, toilet, shower & counters were clean. Spider sacks & cobwebs were in bathroom, I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Cleaning staff was very friendly & helpful. Front desk guys were NOT friendly.

Room was nice, pool was a little cold, and we could hear the traffic on the highway. But for the price, convenience while traveling and cleanliness - worth it!

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to feel unsafe. We had to change rooms because the fans didn’t work and the door doesn’t latch. We got another room and the door also doesn’t latch and the lights don’t work.

Continental breakfast had no choices and no coffee was available at 730 in the morning

The toliet seat was not secure it would slide all around. I had ants that were in the bathroom and found a few on the bed as well. My daughter also stayed in this hotel a few rooms away from mune and there was a sack covering the smoke dector and found cans and other things under the bed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and cozy. The only complaint was that the hot tub is completely shut down and closed off. The pool needs some TLC but not awful. I don’t know that it was heated.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that directed us to pick up the phone for service. When we did, it just rang and rang with no answer. After waiting 20 minute, someone finally greeted us. Later, we returned to the front desk to ask about breakfast, as no instructions were given to us at check in. The desk employee was on his personal phone when we approached to ask, and seemed inconvenienced by us. He did not end his personal conversation, and chose to instead be short and unhelpful with us. Additionally, there were dirty socks on the floor in our room and the alarm clock was pulled off the nightstand and hidden under the bed. Also, none of the TV streaming apps worked. This experience was poor and we will not return to this property again.

Outside property has trash blowing about as you entered, dead plants in planters. Doesn't look good. Front D was clean and staff ok. They dont exchange pleasantries. Room was overall clean, bathroom too! The a/c made a horrible noise. Some heavier doors or seals to cut down on window/hallway sounds needed We had a 3rd floor room, facing highway area so it was noisy. Window sounded like it was open our whole stay maybe the sounds came through the a/c itself. The room had a tough time staying cold, even set to 65. Breakfast was alright. Biscuits and gravy, yogurt and waffle bar. Dining area was clean but the cleaning lady wiped everything off with the same dirty towel, including trash can, then counter/ tables. We tried to get food, but shed get next to you, spraying away. Just wait till we get out of the way please! Kinda annoying in the small space. Bathrooms by the pool need some serious attending to. Updates are needed! Pool was good temp for the kids but needs repair in spots. Lots of missing paint and tiles on the floor itself, all uneven and easy to trip over. Looks really drab but has great light coming in. We didnt see a place to get pool towels, the ones they gave us are the size of bath mats. Small and very worn down. Invest in bigger towels. I cant fault QI for noisy guests but man, 5am people were banging loudly and shouting . Wish managment would of intervened, they seemed uunbothered Overall I'd rate QI a 4. Better then the disgusting Baymont down the road

Nice clean friendly

Exhausted after traveling all day. Guy checking us in very little personality. TV wouldn’t work so he had to come and spend 10-15 minutes to try and get it working. The bed was comfortable, room clean. Left early the next morning back on the road didn’t have breakfast so not sure if good or bad. Convenient location.
