I needed a reasonably priced place to shower, change clothes and sleep for two nights. This was exactly what I needed!! The room was clean and bed nicely made and comfortable. I had no need to take advantage of the morning breakfast, but I saw others doing so..

We were pleased, the bed was very comfortable, there were a couple of things that could use attention but nothing that will make me not stay there and we stay in Plano every couple of months.

The property was very clean. Although it was right next to the freeway, the room was quiet. The a/c was adequate but i wish it would have gotten cooler.

Extremely rude front desk associate. He was yelling at us at the check in/out desk. He complained that he had to be doing his literal job and continuously rolled his eyes and complained. He would interrupt when we’d try to talk to him… not professional at all. If he doesn’t want to do his job he shouldn’t be working there.

The housekeeping isn’t very polite. Had half a roll of toilet paper and I asked politely for another roll and was told no, I went to grab a roll and was told no. Did not empty my trash. The breakfast is good. The attendant in the breakfast area is very nice. Front desk is polite.
