The housekeeping staff was fantastic as the property was clean. The front desk staff was helpful, if a little overly talkative. The facilities, however, are VERY dated and very badly maintained. It’s July and the lobby subdued are covered in droopy, faded Christmas paper in order to cover up the fact that the pool inoperable and clearly had been for a long time. (Even though they still advertise the amenity.) The inner hallways are stacked with furniture boxes so hopefully that means improvements are forthcoming. Several areas were newly painted. The hotel could easily be a top notch stay in the area with the hot breakfast, pool/hot tub, great staff, etc. It just needs to be updated and managed properly.

Room was dated, furniture broken. Bathroom and maid service were good. It was mainly the furnishings and dated feel of the property.

The carpet and sofa in the room appeared dated. The shower was slick when wet. I would recommend some type of bathmat. Breakfast was good. We had two rooms reserved for our stay. One was fine, but the other was not clean. My travel companion reported this to the front desk and was immediately reassigned to another room for which we were appreciative.

Horribly dirty and outdated. Went to the room, and came right back and checked out. Looked like furniture was taken out of a dumpster from the 70s. UNACCEPTABLE. I WANT A REFUND.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and tasty! I left some items in the room and was promptly contacted by the staff and was able to have them returned!! Thanks to all for your concern and help!!

Conveniently located. Close to many restaurants- just across Rib Crib’s parking lot! Clean, comfortable -atmosphere comfortable, but nothing special

It was terrible, holes in the bathroom lower wall, broken furniture , and television not working. I will never stay in another one. Also little kids sprayed pepper spray in the hallway I almost had a asthma attack

It was comfortable stay during my visit.

This was just a quick stop to get 5 hours of sleep then get on my way but the hotel was clean the desk clerk was friendly my bed was comfortable.

All good. Just could use some usb ports. 😉 and two night stands instead of just one. Thank!

It was nice but our ac didnt work properly

Hotel room was cleaned. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. Some of the Breakfast items were out by 8:30 each morning. Hallway was crowded with boxes and ice machine was not working on first floor. Need improvement!

Floor was dirty, sheets were dirty, towels were dirty and had holes, shower drain was clogged, only one mirror, whole place was neglected and worn. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel staff was great, very nice and helpful. And we felt safe there. That is about all the good I can say about this hotel. The room only had one light, it was incredibly dirty, there were bugs, trash, crumbs, hair, etc. The mattresses didn’t fit the beds and felt unstable. The bathroom had a giant hole in the wall. We paid over $150/night, if it had been a cheap hotel I would have understood a little better. But that is a steep price for filth.

Check in way fine after arriving around 1 am. The toilet in the bathroom was broken and would not flush. Bathroom sink was dirty. Bed was very comfortable and we were exhausted from traveling for 20 hours. The hotel was full of boxes on the floor with obvious remodeling going on. Room was. Dry quiet but had concerns as there was no deadbolt on the door. We did not stay for the free breakfast.

The property is old and needs an update. It looks like they are in the process of doing that.
