Rooms need updating.

When we arrived in our room, the first thing we noticed was cigarette burn marks on the comforter on the first bed. There was also an air freshener hanging from the wires of the smoke alarm from the ceiling. You could tell the nightstand it hasn’t been wiped down and quite some time as it was dust on the lamp and ring marks on the nightstand itself from existing glasses of beverage. The telltale sign when we pulled up was the Christmas decorations still adorning the front entrance lobby and Port area

No pool- but the picture of the pool is showing on the Expedia site. This is totally misleading. A few guests are confused by that as well. Drinking Water dispenser is not working. Toilet is clogged my entire stay. What a stressful stay at this hotel. We won’t never come back again.

old stained leaky sink , faucet dirty rug dirty

Expensive and filthy. I felt cleaner without taking a shower in that tub. Musty and moldy. Will never stay at another Quality Inn again. Do better!

Housekeeping need improvement. The only good thing about this facility was the breakfast

Mold in the bathroom, clogged drain in the sink and the coffee maker still had a used pod in it. Stains in the shower. Just gross. Air conditioner was like sleeping next to a jet engine, ran constantly and barely kept the room cool.

Absolutely disgusting! Pulled in and we see people who get assistance to stay there with dogs and smoking all around the guest cars and the room looks like 1980’s the air conditioner was leaking on the floor the ac didn’t work . We left 10 mins after checking in . They posted a note at the desk you have 20 mins after you check in for a refund !

Good overall if you just need to pass the night and do not want to spend too much.

The hotel was clean, quiet and felt comfortable. The rooms are equipped with clothes iron, hair dryer and coffee pot. They provide cllean towels and toiletries.

I felt like the staff were be very noise. They would just keep looking at us and keep loooking. They could barley speek english.

Correct dans l’ensemble. Drain du Bain Boucher, frigo ne marchait pas, déjeuner correct.

The hotel staff upgraded my room to suite as i requested first floor due to my disability. I couldn't do stairs. I appreciate her and the management was very accommodating.
