Quality Inn

It was going through remodeling and was very messy. The man at the checkin desk was not helpful. He put us on the second floor to be away from the noise of the workers but did not offer assistance with our bags even though there is no elevator. The vending machine and filtered water were only on the first floor. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The overall environment was dirty because of the remodeling.

CB lean they are upgrading but still no issues

Not a good place to stay at if you want a sound sleep. Be prepared to get itchy body the next morning.

The lobby presents well but the room could use a deep clean. While the bedding and towels were clean the smaller things like the headboards, baseboards and carpets were not. They are renovating some of the rooms. Hopefully once all is done it will be better!

Obvious trash in “clean” room upon checkin. “Breakfast” was old waffle mix. Pool area “under construction” but actually just a room full of beds.

The carpet needed vacuuming and they put me next to the remodel going on, who worked until 6 pm. There was noise until 9 pm. I have stayed here before and like the usual cleanliness and quiet. I am hoping this was an uncommon experience.

Had zero notice of a the complete construction going on the second floor. When I arrived at check in extremely tired from the travel. When I get to the room banging and complete chaos above. Stopped for a few hours at night then continued at 8 o'clock the next morning....

The staff was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the hotel was very pleasant and clean! I had a wonderful stay! Please make sure this makes it to the people who work there.

Outside parking/entrance needed sweeping, and unable to identify 'handicap parking' designation area. Limited lighting at night - even there large 'Quality Inn' sign was off. Overflowing trash can at main entrance. East Indian staff member was difficult to understand with his heavy accent. Breakfast was disappointing due to stale bread slices, and very stale muffins. ROOM: toilet seat loose, no water pressure, facial tissue holder below the sink counter was broken off, a metal device on the wall that was used to hang something on was exposed - looking like a piece of dental floss hanging on it and its metal hooking parts exposed, no stopper in sink, drapes would not slide open - had to pull hard only to get them halfway, work table legs wobbly, chair and ottoman had white powder stains, television didn't work until I went to front desk to get new batteries for the changer, drawers on chest wouldn't close as they didn't fit properly. I only go once a year to the area for a special event. I will go again next year but will not stay here!

Our room was clean, beds comfortable. Surprised to find a microwave. The room was sweltering on arrival so we had the AC on all night.

Would prefer some hard boiled eggs. Not just carbs.

A great restaurant across the parking lot. Really great food.

Was Great accommodations for a one night stay

My friends and I have stayed here before, and we find the facilities good, and resonably priced.

The bathroom door didnt close. The room is not made up daily. When we arrived the carpet in our room was dirty

I was skeptical because of the price but this was a good value hotel for a quick overnight stay. It was much cheaper than the newer hotels along I70 but the hotel was clean, ac was cold, and the hot water was as expected. It is not fancy. The morning breakfast was bare minimum with no eggs or sausage, etc.if that matters to you. The outside lighting for their large sign did not work making it a little harder to find and there were a couple of parking lot lights out. If you just a place to crash before moving on the jext day and you are looking for a lowcost alternative, then this hotel might be great for you.
