Quality Inn

The hotel felt very damp, humid, and had a musty smell. Beds were comfortable and the room served it's purpose for a student orientation werkend.

Coffee spill by previous guest behind night table was missed by house keeping. Extremely noisy. Dirty breakfast area.

Hotel was clean and checkinnwas a breeze. Staff was very nice. I left my wallet in my room after checkout and they called me to let me know and i was able to go pick it up without issue. If i had one complaint it was the small amount offered with the breakfast. It was still good though. Overall impressed and will stay againa

Clean nice breakfast

There was a leak from the refrigerator that left a large puddle in our room. Will not be our first choice if we take another trip.

The air conditioner had dust and dirt in the fan grill and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling.

Beds were old and lumpy holes in drapes faucets were old floors needed to be moped dripped water on the floor used a bath towel to wipe up and towel was filthy

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area seemed less nice compared to other hotels in the area.

Very clean and comfortable room.

My stay was good and the staff were excellent. My only issue was my room 109, had a strong cigarette smell when I entered the room. Thankfully the A/C was able to tame the smell down a bit. Otherwise a great stay at a great town!

The hotel is average but good for the price however I got in around 2 o’clock and tried to check in early as they had plenty of rooms available, but they wanted to charge me an additional charge to check in an hour before the 3 PM time

Perfect for what I needed

Was a nice affordable stay. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the pool and hot tub. Paint peeling isn’t a great look. But the beds are comfy, coffee and breakfast are great. And the hospitality was great as well.

The front desk employee was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. However, my room had a smell from smoking though it was a non-smoking room. Felt like that room must have been smoked in a lot over the years and maybe now not anymore but lingers. As a non-smoker I didn’t enjoy that fragrance. An exit door near my room needs adjusted bc it slams hard when others come and go which is annoying when sleeping right next to it. Bed was comfy and had good quality sheets. Towels seemed thin. The pool is nice but the whirlpool was a 5 out 10. It bubbles and is hot but needs resurfacing and there are no back jets which diminishes the value of it, at least to me. Breakfast says 6:30 open but didn’t open until 10 minutes late. However, the food was hot and fresh and plenty of it. Not amazing quality but far better than gas station sandwiches pr something.

The hotel was clean and modern, convenient to town

Relatively clean, large property. Good indoor pool and hot tub. Beds are good- not overly saggy like so many. You can tell the hotel has some age-- building and furnishing are worn. The biggest disappointment was the lack of staffing for breakfast on a busy 3-day weekend. Literally during our breakfast time, people eating there had to ask the front desk person (the only staff at 8am) for 7 different things they ran out of. Most of the time, we had to wait a long time for those items to be heated or prepared. Assuming the staffing issue is not a normal reality, my family of four would stay here again.

This is a great location and the front staff are always very nice. The pool area is a draw for kids! And they do an outstanding job on breakfast. But this was my second stay here and this visit the property was looking pretty rough. All of the carpets were removed so any and all noise echoed x1000. The hallway linoleum floors were bowing so it felt like you were walking on hills. I had a handicap bathroom where you walked into the shower. The floor of the shower had rotted through so they had patched it but when you stepped on the patch, you sunk into the hole. In the same bathroom, the vent in the ceiling was falling out and had dirt all over. In my last stay, the property had not been this rough.

Good location, reasonable price, but hotel is in need of a refresh. Feels like little has changed since the 1980s. I was constantly awakened by doors closing and thin walls all night.
