Although this property is older, it was very clean. My stay was quiet and I slept well in the comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was small and a little warm, but provided a fan. The pool area was clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

We booked another night and they allowed us to stay in the room we had. No lugging our suitcases in and out. We also asked for clean towels and the maid fixed our beds. Great service!

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Staff did an exceptional job. Breakfast was amazing. Will be staying there again.

People refused to clean the room, during the stay not once was the room cleaned. I asked them to change the linens and the say they couldn’t until three days. Terrible service. Jenny was a horrible person with attitude.

Pros: awesome location for a family, right next to a water park and an aquarium on the other side of the highway. I also liked the breakfast--it was the usual free breakfast style buffet but well done and the lady kept replenishing all the time.
Cons: not the cleanest; also had the toilet clog and overflow. They did come to fix the problem fast, but we didn't get cleaning or anything after. The hot tub was also kinda nasty looking with some part broken and fallen out of its socket in the water.

Our stay at Quality Inn was comfortable, quiet, and pleasant. In spite of being very close to the freeway, traffic noise was not noticeable. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was closer to the things we needed and much less expensive than other comparable hotels in Salt Lake.

The hotel is a bit tired in that it is older. The room and bed was comfortable, the shower hot w good pressure.
Breakfast buffet had much to choose from.
Front desk clerk during the day was not helpful or kind whatsoever - in fact she was quite rude and dismissive which in a service based job is troubling.
I would not stay again just to avoid that one individual - very poor choice of management to risk putting her as the first face one sees upon entering.
