Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

No Hot tub, which was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Pool was dirty, dirty broken shower, breakfast was terrible with few options and no proteins and you had to get ice from the front desk, because ice machine was broken.

I will not be back

The property needs to be renovated and better cleaned. It looks like an old apartment complex that hasn’t been fixed in a few decades. I would not be staying here for the price they charged.

Property is run down and in need of repair. Staff are indifferent. Breakfast was minimal. Convenient for a one night stay at best.

The bed was the only thing nice, we did have clean linens, The floor was sticky, in the bathroom the tub side was about 3 feet high, so you had to step up and down into the tub, the vent fan in the bathroom was missing a cover and was very loud , the bathroom window did not have a lock on it, a globe was missing on the vanity light fixture We had to call the desk to get clean linens delivered The phone had a red blinking light that we couldn’t stop so we stuck it under the bed it was very annoying Overall I would not recommend this place, it was very run down the room looked like they had started painting it and stopped for some reason

We arrived late and checked in to the hotel. We had a lot of things to move in and bot elevator to help us move our heavy bags. We had to climb steep stairs to gwt to our room. One we got settled and got my grandson asleep, my daughter and I went to sleep. About 4:30am we were awaked by the ceiling leaking into our room. We ran downstairs and they had us move to a different room. Having to wake up my grandson and move his bed and all of our stuff. We got into the new room and was unable to fall asleep. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water in the shower OR the sink to wash our face!! We were supposed to stay a 2nd night so we went down and talked to the front dest pwraon who could have cared less about our situation and that we had already moved room early in the morninf and bow NO hot water. He said "It happens", we asked about the hot watwr and he said "ya, sometimes that room doesn't get hot water because it was cold outside". He offered us ANOTHER room. We asked if we could check to see if that room had hot water. He said "The room hadn't been cleaned yet, but it should have hot water". We asked again to check it. When he walked us up to the room, you could obviously tell he was uncomfortable about it. Reason being, there was a pair of mens underware on the floor with feces in them!! Again, the water wasn't getting hot and as we walked out of the room neither my daughter or I felt comfortable or safe staying there. Needless to say we packed up and left! #OSH

Do NOT stay here. Property is old. We left after staying in the room for a few minutes and paid more to stay at another more modern hotel in the city. Family member started feeling itchy. The bathroom shower was old and disgusting. The tv did not turn on. Price may be cheap but you really are getting what you pay for.

No elevator just Stairs to carry up your suitcases. The light fixtures on the desk were old Did not have any type of usb plug in. Ice machine was behind the counter no ice machine upstairs. Breakfast was mediocre.

Disgustingly awful room, stained sheets, dangerous stairwell, paint chipping. Couldn’t last a full 30 minutes. After checking out, received two fraudulent charges over $100 what I paid for the stay which I should be refunded for anyway. Do not stay here.

No hot water. Attendants were not very nice or helpful. They kept a dirty towel as a floor mat in the entrance of the lobby. Skimpy bedding, had to use my own blanket to stay warm and comfortable. There was a strong obnoxious smell in the room that was supposed to smell “clean”. The shower tub was dirty. Overall just not a nice place to stay.

Facility not well kept. Heat/ac didn't work. Poor handicapped conversion.

The towels in my room were dirty. I called the front desk in the evening to get a WiFi password and no one picked up. I called for good 10 minutes.

The effort to clean the room thoroughly was evident. Let alone the customer service when checking in was lacking in any. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The ownership definitely seeming to find the cheapest method to keep the hotel with little expense given.

There was no hot water. No breakfast, even though they said that they have breakfast in the morning. The bathroom was disgusting. Paint peeling and moldy. I asked about the lack of hot water and they said that I need to run the water for 30 minutes for it to be hot. Do not stay here!

Location good for fwy, access,food, winery and Fallbrook. Average rate for comparable hotel. Service at check in was good. But the TV remote never worked. Property grooming is nice w/outdoor fireplace. Gated Pool and cuzzi clean and ada accessable. 2 floors no elevators. Rooms were rundown. Damaged furniture and uncomfortable beds. Bathrooms could use a make over as well. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, tea, oj. Nice to have something hot, self serve waffles. This could be a great property with a little bit of love. Overall I wii try this one again if needed. .

New flooring. Comfortable bed. The bedding and curtains had a couple of rips but everything was clean

I felt the room and building was run down.
