Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge

It was a small room, with a very small bathroom. We could barely see to put on our make-up because there was next to no light in the sink area. On the plus side, the room was very clean, as were the outside areas. The price was reasonable, and it was in a great area. The breakfast was typical hotel food.

We really enjoyed the hot breakfast & the husband & wife that worked in the breakfast area. They were very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. It was enjoyable to see them everyday. They are definitely perfect for that job. Friendly Staff & a clean environment makes the hotel perfect. This was our 3rd or 4th time to stay at this hotel.😊

The stay was good the rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The only odd thing was the building for breakfast was across a small road in a different lot. Still a very nice property.

The Staff was pleasant, especially the gentleman who took care of the dining area for breakfast. The breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, grits, biscuits and gravy, and all the regular stuff, cereal, toast, waffles. Our only real complaint is the mattresses are like sleeping on a slab of rock. Very hard. Otherwise our stay was great.

We had an easy check in. Room was clean and kept clean. Breakfast was good and service was very friendly. Breezy check out. Very good facility.

Property is located in a great location and quiet. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

This was one of the better hotels we have stayed at while in the area. We go 2 times a year and this will be our spot from here out! The pool was great, the breakfast was great the rooms were updated and clean!

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights at the property over spring break. The staff was friendly, helpful and tentative. The property and room were clean(I’m pretty particular about the cleanliness and it met my expectations!)We drove most places but could have walked to several dining options, the island, and activities across the street. The included breakfast offers several hot and cold options and the dining room has plenty of seating. If staying outside of the summer months I would recommend the main front building(where the lobby is) if you will be using the indoor pool, closer walk. The back building has the outdoor seasonal pool, which looked nice but wasn’t open yet in April, and this is where the breakfast is located also. But the breakfast is easiest enough to walk to. We would stay here again.

Very nice king suite room! We were in a whole separate part of the hotel. Clean and spacious. The bed was just okay to me but my boyfriend really enjoyed it. I prefer mine much softer, but to each their own. The tub was clean and worked just fine. Had cool lights above it gave it an 80s/rave type feel, which was neat. Easy check-in and check out. Front desk ladies were warm and inviting. Gave helpful information about the area. Breakfast is standard like most hotels. Over all very wonderful stay. Only note would be to have a toater from the breads.

Weve stayed here several times but not in a couple of years. We REALLY like the updated rooms. Big TV, great direct and ambient lighting, and great bedding.

Super easy check in with friendly staff. Plenty of parking available. Our room was clean with plenty of space for me and the 2 kids. Housekeeping did a great job. We LOVED that the pool was open 24/7! Always had a chance for a swim or the hot tub after a late day at the parks. Breakfast was well stocked with quality foods. And waffle machines! Very tasty.The breakfast host was on top of keeping items stocked and the dining area clean. We've stayed at several different hotels in Pigeon Forge and this will be our "go to" for future bookings.

Nice location and convient reasonably priced for 2 adults. Bathroom little small but nice rooms. Tv microwave fridge. Offee maler ironong board iron and blowdryer

This property is very clean, and new. i’m very picky when it comes to hotel and this one is really nice. Carpeted and smells good inside the room. They have breakfast and and goo, decent and the lady there is very nice and accommodating. For the family that wanna bookt his hotel go for it. You will not regret it..
