A few minutes after I checked in, the phone rang and it was Joseph at the front desk. He asked if everything in the room is okay and if there’s anything else I need. I was surprised as this is the first time experience getting a call from the guest service to make sure everything is okay. Thanks.

Stayed here overnight and It was one of the worst stays I ever had the room was subpar. A lot of the stuff did not work right the safe was locked when we got there and I was told very rudely there’s nothing that they can do about it because there’s no maintenance guy on staff that they would take care of it the next day needless to say I will never stay here again

Another review says you pay for what you get and that’s exactly it is! It’s a clean bed and shower for you to rest for the night. Nothing special things are a little bit outdated but again safe place for you to rest after some wine tasting in Temecula

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. One issue was the lack of outlets to charge our equipment. There was one outlet behind the bed, which was unreachable, and one under a desk. Nothing by our beds. Other than that, we liked the hotel. The free breakfast was a nice addition as well.

It’s alittle old in our room plug by the bed was very hard to get to once you get to it it’s so loose the plugs barely stay in! The hairdryer is falling off the wall.
The towel hanger on door is loose just little things like the light switch in bathroom isn’t finish out
Just small details would make it a lot nice like the chair replaced it’s gross the furniture by the pool definitely needs to be replaced. It’s alright but I wouldn’t stay again.

Ice machine located in a dark area so a concern at night. Accessto rooms on the backside is difficult. You have to go all the way to the end of the building or cstep over a low border wall, walk through a planter and across a grassy strip. Rooms don't have adequate outlets to plug in or charge electronics. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, good variety of items. Quiet, clean room, comfortable beds. Quality Inn street sign was a little difficult to see. Workers were friendly and helpful. We will stay there again. PRICE WAS REASONABLE, and that is extremely important.

It's decent. They have a terminal guest who seems to be there often who has a big white truck that cross-parks and takes up more than on parking spot, plus he reves the engine at 5-6am. he should be in the back where there are plenty of open spaces. The staff is nice, the rooms are old fashion but clean and comfy. The cable is limited and TV only gets 52 channels including hbo and max. The staff are very nice, I haven't spoken to one that I can't hold a conversation with for a long time and fill comfortable. The elevator is dated, but the kitchen is cozy and cute. The area around not the best (freeway, big street, bushes near parking lot, ladies should be careful at night), but its not bad. Overall, I like it.

Could not sleep due to people above handicap room. You can easily hear big foot stomping and people partying above all night. People going in and out of rooms. Building construction poor. Thin walls and flooring. Not enough handicap parking. Will not be returning.

The AC in room #211 did not work. The manager at 3 am said there was nothing he could do but tell me to talk to the manager in the morning. He even came to the room at 3 AM to try and get it on. Talked to the morning manager and she said she will have the maintenance guy check it out and give us a call later after we’ve checked out and left. Not sure how that helps me sleep in my room last night. Every time someone runs the water above, the pipes bang inside the walls. Not a very pleasant stay. Wouldn’t recommend. Will not come back.
