Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Room service everyday. The full beds and the bathroom were too small for a family of 4. Would stay here again, though.

The radisson hotel was a pleasant place to stay. You didn’t have to go far to eat breakfast ,lunch,or dinner to to get fuel. All were very close by. It was also so clean and nice looking. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely choose the radisson again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

When I made the reservations, I was requested a pool side room but got the fourth floor got to the room. The TV didn't work on the room. I asked them to fix it. They had a whole day to fix it came back to the room that night was still not working. It was a terrible stay never again.

I was very disappointed that the keys that were given to access my two rooms did not work. Went to the front desk and were issued another. After leaving and coming back to my room the keys again did not work. The pool was very cold and there were no towels available in the pool area. There was no hot water when showering. The check in was long and a hassle. The person at the front desk told me that my room was not available yet and that I needed to wait for the room to be cleaned. I had traveled for more than eight hours and was expecting to be able to check in and rest.

We didn't stay. The room was cleaned with bleach. It look like drug addicts go there. There were people outside maybe calling their drug dealers. It should be torn down. They charged my card for 3 days but we left in 5 minutes and went somewhere else.

The pool was cold, the bathrooms by the pool were filthy, around the pool area was filthy, no towels by the pool ( have to walk to the front desk for towels and then returned back to the front desk), the outdoor area by the pool was filthy and needed to be renovated. Though the room itself was clean, the workout room had foam tiles which were falling apart, not all of the machines were working (2 treadmills out of 4 worked, 1 running machine worked out of 3, the bouncing balls we’re dirty and stinked. The store in the lobby was barely stocked (literally more empty than stocked, with no lights and no one but the front check in people to service it). The hot tub was covered with wood (out of service) which was one of the reasons for us booking this stay, so we were very much disappointed. The kids were super bored. The hotel had nothing to offer the kids being that the pool was freezing and filthy, and the outdoor lounge/play area was filthy

The entire building was moldy and smells very musty. The furniture, mattresses, sheets, curtains, decor, etc. have not been updated in decades. Many lights within the building were not working as well as many other things being in disrepair- which makes the building unsafe. The ventilation system is full of mold, making the entire hotel uninhabitable.

Not sure why this property was rated so high, Walked into the lobby appx 6:30 pm. It was clean but empty saying it appeared that there was a bar, breakfast nook, etc all were empty, like a ghost town. There wasn’t even like a hospitably area for coffee which is normal. Check in was ok but clerk was preoccupied so went thru the motions but gave no directions or ask if I had questions. Room was good, bed comfy but I didn’t take a shower as I found the shower area was questionable cleaned. Toilet I had to hold down the handle so all debris flushed if not…well. Traveling as I do for business I found this not the best for the value.

i was awoken by front desk phone call at 1AM & again a 1:30 AM they said someone had checked me out of the Hotel, & they needed my room for another deal. Jordon said i had to leave hotel unless i came down to front desk & provided another credit card or Police would show up at my door to escort me away & if i didn’t immediately provide my credit card (even though i prepaid thru expedia) they charged my card again for 2 additional nights, i Could Notoj get them to reverse the charges.

Loud banging all night from room above. Complained to desk. Hair blow dryer didnt work. Waited over an hour for a new one. No coffee left in room on day 3. Went to lobby. Told they were closed on Mondays. Had to drive to a gas station for morning coffee. Halls need to be upgraded. 2nd time here, wont be back
