Pool towels at the front desk not convenient because it was not put on a notice until we were all wet. No ice in the ice machine. No microwave available. Clean rooms. Good check in.

The booking was easy, yet i was unaware of a convenience fee at first but that was my wrong for not asking questions. The only thing i didnt like was it was very hard to adjust the ac/ hvac h3ater core. Nine lives in jesus. The parking lot was dingey yet that is patrons fault. Will book again gym was nice

Absolutely one of the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was 89degrees when I arrived and it took four hours for them to fix once they fixed it the Ac wouldn’t turn off and we froze had to sleep on clothes. Called ahead and was told pool was fine once arrived they closed the pool. Brown spots on the bathroom floor I had to clean with Clorox wipes. I had to walk down to the front desk all four times because you couldn’t call from your room

I was in room 162. Couch had lots of dirty stains and evidence of human "activities". The rug was also stained but with likely food. There was a sticky substance on night table as if a kid left a lollipop on it. Bed and bath were as expected. The entire facility was old. Pools was closed, yet my check was charged full price. Staff was polite. If my wife had been with me, I would have cancled and stayed elsewhere.

I would have given this more stars if it wasn't for my experience on checking out. The hotel pre authorized payment on my debit card twice during my stay. No problem paying for the full amount but they tried to take an extra $508 from my bank account. Someone went to take payment on the first night which apparently is against their own policy and then the morning of our checkout. The hotel tried to deny it only for me showing the extra payments debited from my bank account did they investigate further and found out someone tried to take payment twice more during our stay. Absolutely unacceptable. I now have to wait 10 business days for this money to return to my bank account and also the deposit I used to checkin for incidentals. This is crazy. I am out of pocket over $700 and still nothing in my bank account as of 25th of April 2025. I will never stay in this hotel again. Also if I do not receive my money back I will be seeking legal advice. Avoid avoid avoid!

First night we had to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Get to the second room the same problem and the bathroom had a terrible smell. Was an uncomfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Dirty hotel. Bad bathroom. Tiny bathroom. Broken tiles. Bad mattress. Fitness room and pool out of order. Not warned at booking or checkin that these amenities were not working. Basically a 2 star hotel charging at least 3 star prices. Pick anywhere else.
