They were in the process of replacing the locks, so we had to have 2 keys, but they were more than happy to help us with whatever we needed.

Staff were very nice and helpful during our stay. They are very attentive to our needs and help us rearranged so that our rooms can be next to each other due to my parents medical emergency. I look forward to be back soon! Thank you very much for an amazing weekend!

The welcome staff was excellent! Unfortunately the restaurant food was terrible. Food we ordered was spoiled and we did not feel good after we ate. When we went ro bed we found a bug crawling under the covers.

Needs some updates. Room shower bar broken, drawer broken, microwave not plugged in. No place to plug it in. Hot tub has a very high pitch ring coming from it. Place is non smoking, but there are smokers all around it, included the patio and leaving butts everywhere. Staff was very pleasant.

The traffic noise was HORRIBLE!!! Heard everything. The buzzing sound in the pool area was pretty loud and annoying. The hot tub didn’t not seem well up kept. Pillows too soft…

I had to check out within the first hour of being at this place. Was harassed by the bartender at the attached restaurant. Full blown harassed me about politics and wouldn't leave me alone. Very disrespectful and little of a person to harass someone about politics let alone their life long career. Shocked this person somehow has a job in service .

2nd time staying here. Location is good for old St. Paul downtown access. Friendly staff and in good condition. Alarm was going off constantly in an adjacent room that was apparently unoccupied. Heat appeared to be turned off for the year. Setting thermostat to 'heat', did nothing but blow cold air so 64 at night on the room. Little bit chilly.
