Older hotel, room was clean. You could hear the conversation in the connecting room. I had to ask for washcloths and towels. There were 2 towels in room but thin and frayed. Breakfast was sparce and thermos was out of coffee. No one in the area to service the breakfast room. Could not get the wifi to work.

A bit run down and the air conditioning didn’t wor@ great but the room was clean, service was friendly and free breakfast was decent. Comfortable room and nice pool too.

OK hotel. Checked in at 730 pm. Reception person didn’t give us wifi code, any info about breakfast, just seemed lost. At breakfast, the pancake machine had a sign on it that it was not working. The juice machine had a sign on it that it was broken. No juice. Everything else was sparse or empty. Not a great stay.

The room was very clean and so was the property. The breakfast, however, is a joke. There is really NO breakfast that is worth getting up for as this has happened twice and no improvement so basically they should state they DON'T offer breakfast instead of pretending that they do.

The room was really small. It was clean and comfortable. The desk person didn't smile or make us feel welcome. Also, it is not a very quiet room. We heard doors shutting like they were in our room.

Staff was ok, room was just ok, smelled really bad like mildew and wet.

Sad to see a large hotel like this empty, but our room was good for us and clean.

The desk clerk was friendly and professional. The motel was older, but it was clean and well kept. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate.

Staff were wonderful

The breakfast was not stocked two days in a row. When I spoke with worker about it on first day, she lied about timeframe when it was filled. Then got argumentative. I ordered 2queen beds and ended up with 2full beds. 2towels of which 1 was shredded and not in good standing. Fire alarm in room removed. The security chain lock was removed so there was no secondary locking system other than the key card lock. The fridge smelled like rotten milk. And the shower head was broken and only sprayed the center harsh spray. Overall this was a horrible experience and we will not be using this hotel again when we go back to the area; which will be every 3 months.

The receptionist was not willing to accomadate our complaint. Our heater would not work She came in the 1st time and tried to fix it. Then it didnt work again so we asked to be switched to a different room. She refused. She said you have to keep hitting the button several times until it works. After travelling all day we didnt feel that we should have to do that. It eventually did work but it was the attitude she had. We were also ,I believe, the only car in the parking lot. We will not stay there again. Many choices in the neighborhood which would accomadate us with respect.

We stayed on the first floor near an outside door, and there were people in and out all night long. The door kept banging, and we heard loud conversations repeatedly.

Television missing main cable. All electronic unplugged. No wash cloths. Terrible sound proofing. Uninspired breakfast offerings.

The hotel was very dirty, my room had the window wide open so it was 30 degrees in there, missing multiple light bulbs, alarm clock broken, dirty stained pillow and sheets. I will never go there again and don’t recommend it.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. My issue was very few rooms were rented out yet they put everyone right next door to each other. The walls are paper thin and I had to listen to a gentleman cough and vomit all night for 2 nights listen to his tv full blast and his alarm go off 2 mornings in a row at 5 am which he kept hitting snooze so it went off repeatedly.. i got pretty much zero sleep. Why aren't they spacing out paying customers to avoid this? I also went down for breakfast the first morning at 8:30 and all the eggs and pancakes were already bagged up and put in the refrigerator where one has to warm them up. Like what?? Breakfast is to be served until 10 and every hotel i have ever stayed at keeps their food out and hot until then, so Im assuming that if I had wanted a hot breakfast I better be there by 6 . The staff there are very courteous and friendly but I honestly do feel that they need to space guests out because of the paper thin walls and have that hot breakfast available until 10 so a guest doesn't have to take the time to warm up their breakfast. Luckily enough I didn't have to be somewhere right away but others might need to be and might not have had the luxury or time to do so. If it wasn't for those two things I would have rated this as excellent.

The rooms are comfortable. I dont know if they do this in every room but our clock was unpugged and the lights by the bed unplugged also. My husband is 80 and I am 75. I crawled on floor to get them plugged back in. Could have called front desk to do this but why do you unplugged them

The staff was friendly, checking in was easy, our room was clean, and the price was affordable!
