Studio 6 Suites Butte, MT – I-90 / I-15

Definitely “CHEAP”!

Rooms were nice and spacious, seemed like fairly new flooring, bed wasnt to bad and it was pretty quiet but.... room and hotel were not clean! Our room floor needed swept, toothpaste splatter on wall behind sink and on mirror, caulking around the tub was dirty and moldy looking ,old blood stain on top sheet, window sill dusty and dead bugs. And the corridor/ hallways looked as if they haven't been vacuumed in months. Seemed as if there were only one person cleaning all the rooms. I know its hard to find help these day. This hotel has alot of potential if they had enough people to do the housekeeping/ cleaning. Some decor would help too

He tried to charge me twice, I didn’t get the room that I reserved or a room on the bottom floor. He said he was full, even though there was only eight cars in the parking lot so apparently there’s a lot of people permanently living there which is disgusting and the rooms are disgusting. The carpet is disgusting. The beds are from 1980. The furniture and the rooms are really nice. I don’t know why they can’t spend money on a really comfortable bed. I told him I was disabled. I had knee surgery. I’m supposed to have knee surgery again. I have a torn rotator cuff. I have arthritis from head to toe. I have a torn rotator cuff that needs surgery. I have bulging discs degenerative disc disease. I’ve been an excruciating pain and I cannot go upstairs, and I was on my way to see my sister who is dying of cancer and I absolutely cannot go up and downstairs. I literally had to just not go to my car anymore and get everything that I needed. I shouldn’t have to suffer and I tried calling Hotels.com and he called the hotel and he got told the same exact thing that he told me so nothing changed. It’s extremely rude to post a room available and let somebody book it and then tell them that it’s not after they paid and then after he tried to charge you again, he was trying to act like the room wasn’t paid for and I have no idea why and he was only gonna charge me $50 but I had already paid $59. What’s up with that and I asked him because I told him I was freezing and I was stranded on the hi

There was a pool not open, went to two different rooms both dirty. Second one had dirty sheets, we stayed there anyway. No continental breakfast like you said.

This experience great. I was looking for pet friendly and low end prices. I found that and a really comfortable, clean room.

Very dirty

The only stay at the hotel we first got there there was no towels available in our room The place was under construction but the cleanliness of the public restrooms that were available were unsanitary we even took pictures of it so you weren't satisfied with that The lounge that they had was amazing there but found out that it was separately owned in a hotel but the staff at the lounge was great The staff at the hotel I wouldn't say bad they were accommodating as they could be there was no breakfast provided no knowledge of the employees of anything about it And it's clearly listed on the website

Under construction First room they put us in had not been clean, prepared at all, we asked for a different room

I love this hotel

Entire property is just worn out and in need of a facelift. Dark and dingy. No coffee no breakfast available. Loud ALL night.

easy access

This hotel was way less than desirable. The pictures made it look decent but our bedding was hairy and dirty, the breakfast wasn’t open and the pool was open either. They should state that before booking. The entire place smelled like smoke. Very dissatisfied.

They offer breakfast included in the web! When you got here, they said! That was before Ramada, this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, they offer free coffee, if you want a cookie you must pay

Nice hotel, very clean. The room was big and very nice.

Beds weren’t comfortable I could feel the springs and someone was hot boxing their room cause the hall smelled strongly of weed. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Nice stay

Fine for an overnight trip but wouldn’t stay longer. The grounds are pretty unkempt & the rooms are adequate but not really anything above and beyond.

Place was a wreck

it was terrible, took literally 6 trips to the front desk to get into my rooms, had to change to a 2nd room, no TV working, no batteries in remote, tried calling the front desk and their phone didn't work so another trip back to the front desk, gave up on the TV football game so went to the bar NO food at all, poor customer service, I will never ever go there again.

We stay here every time we are in Butte! It’s an older hotel, but it is clean and more than adequate for us. Breakfast is good, and the price is always right!
