1. Dirty room 2. Totally ripped and falling down draperies 3. Dirty rag left in room on floor 4. No toilet paper holder 5. Damaged furniture 6. Lamp shades left askew & damaged 7. Broken door handle in bathroom 8. Rude, disrespectful & arrogant front desk personnel 9. Terrible "breakfast" 10. Inside & outside lobby strewn with garbage & papers 11. A horrible, disgusting and frustrating stay

I responded to the on-line check in and completed it. When I arrived I had to provide all information again. Desk clerk told me that the on- line never works. She was abrupt and busy talking with her boyfriend who was standing at the front desk. We had to park about 500 away from the entrance. The entrance was not well lit. Thee clerk should have told us to unload before parking. The elevator needs maintenance. It made a weird grinding sound when reaching our floor. On the positive side, there was a very nice Mexican restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. The room was clean and adequately appointed.

Shabby shape IE very old carpet, peeling paint, faulty doors, etc, but the room itself was ok. Did not like the $100 ‘deposit’ that I won’t get back for a week. And the ‘sack breakfast’ was kind of shaky. Too bad, could be a nice place with some attention. But I stayed based on price and got what I got.

Stunk and it was not upkept

The hotel was nice enough did not see any bed bugs but something was definitely biting my daughter other than that no complaints.

I mostly like that, they provided me with free Wi-Fi and lotion, shampoo, soap. The breakfast was terrible, reminded me of school lunch. I rather have hot complete Breakfast

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY

I booked this location based on a breakfast, (takeaway) in the morning there was no one around. There was coffee no tea the sugar was empty.

When we walked in, the lobby was cold. The hallways were cold. Every time the toilet flushed, it leaked. We had to drive up around back to get to our room. But we didnt know there was no elevator at the back door. Up 2 flights of stairs with a not so great knee and luggage. The back door was not secure. I went to my car to retrieve my husbands phone. Getting back in, i didnt have use my key card. The microwave was sitting on top of an end table. Easy enough for a toddler to knock over. There was no hot water coming out of the bathroom faucet. We went to check out the indoor pool after supper. It was dark inside, i didnt feel safe swimming in the dark and didnt know where the light switch was in there. So no swinming. Breakfast- i was looking for a hot meal. I thought they had a kitchen or dining room. The lady came out and plopped 2 lunch bags on the coffee table. That was our breakfast. A banana, yogurt, juice box, a bag of mini muffins, amini apple pie and a granola bar. Overall a balanced breakfast, i was expecting a dining room of sorts.

Diapers out side out door, kids running the halls at 2am, people knocking on our door all through the night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I travelled from northwest suburbs of IL with my family and this place is very outdated, the atmosphere seemed like the projects,

I took videos and pictures! I also contacted the health department. I cant believe this hotel us open! Also the chick at the front desk didnt even greet us. Acted like she was bothered. I had to ask her for my ID back and the room number because she didnt remember to tell me the number or to give me my id back. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Expedia needs to remove this place from their website immediately!

Expedia should do a review of this property because it is disgusting. The room we were given had stained sheets, damaged furniture, damaged walls, dirt in the tub and on the floor and blood on the door. Needless to say we did not stay at this hotel. We asked for a refund but told there was no manager on site. Numerous attempts to talk to the manager have been unsuccessful.
