Great stay very clean. And friedly helpful staff. We stsyed at a expensive 5 star vefore that didnt have the nice amenities as this place. Big tvs in room touch mirror in bathroom for lighting. Great breakfast. Will stay again next time we are in town for the game.

Everyone was very nice and quick to help us if we needed assistance. Very clean in the room and utilities and had ample soaps for us to use when we forgot our own. Very sweet staff!
The only issues we had were the cleanliness of the pool due to pump maintence issues but that was hardly an issue.

Affordable stay in Tuscaloosa. Basic needs met except an elevator to second floor. The workout room and pool could use a makeover but other areas have been done. Like that they have coffee and tea available. Offerings of water, soda and snacks were very affordable.

Stayed here for University of Alabama Graduation. This is a very transient hotel with a lot happening in the parking lot throughout the night including open drug usage. The room was reasonably clean but there were several holes in the walls and the AC did not work very well.

Although recently renovated the rooms still need updating. Contractors did a sloppy job almost every where you looked in the room. Found cigarette on the floor of our room. There was no elevator and had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs to our room. I will say the front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The overall hotel was disappointing.

The service was terrible, rude and not helpful. The room lights didn't work and the heating and air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast was terrible. Glad I only planned to stay one night. Will not be staying there again.

Staff was nice, Room was clean. The only thing with the room was there wasn't a smoke alarm but the case was there(hardwired) and one of the lights in the bathroom over the shower was out. And those weren't deal breakers. Breakfast was very good.

It's a dump. Property isn't in good condition. People out smoking on the steps so you have to walk through their smoke to get to an upstairs room. Pool covered in pollen and loads of mosquitoes.

I hate to knock a property, but here we go. If you want to save money and don’t care about anything else, it’s fine. But the rooms either face the pool or the parking lot, like a motel. The area doesn’t feel safe at all and it is super noisy. The room was clean, so there’s that, but spend an extra $50 or $100 and stay somewhere else.

The property itself was very nice. I liked the Dove cucumber products in the bathroom. The breakfast was good as well. But the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that they charged a $100 deposit to my card which was totally unexpected and was not mentioned anywhere when I was booking a room, and I didn’t like that at all.
