I notified the staff on Tuesday night that there was no hot water and to check it before morning showers. I woke up to get ready for work Wednesday morning to freezing water. Nobody answered the phone so I had to go downstairs to ask about the water situation. I waited as long as I could but finally had to wash my long hair and shower in the cold water. When I asked if they’d worked on it over night I was told that the engineering team get off work at 8 and so they weren’t available. Clearly these people don’t care that there are public safety and health laws that require hot and cold water as well as Washington State hospitality regulations!

We stayed for three nights. The alarm to the pool kept going off. One evening it happened twice. There weren't enough pillows or towels in our room for even 4 people. When we asked for more they said they didn't have any extras but they were able to bring us some the next morning. We asked for room service and they said we had to request that the night before but they did replace our towels and gave us a garbage bag so we could take out our own trash. The carpet in the hallway was so nasty dirty. And there is no laundry facility. The stay wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Charging is $75 to check in early for a room that was ready and sitting there empty is ridiculous!!! Then the room was just ok. It took FOREVER to get the room to cool down with the AC on. Just an ok experience that won’t have me looking to return.
