Renaissance Nashville Hotel

Great place to be close to broadway

My only complaint was our room stayed hot no mater what temp we set if on. Other than that the hotel was amazingly convenient and our floor was quiet even with the hotel being busy.

Bartender would not wait on us once we befriended 2 lovely black ladies, 1 was a school teacher, 1 was a police officer, both from Alabama. The bartender was as nice as he could be to us (we are both white) until the ladies joined us. My husband complained to the beverage manager and she bought us a round of drinks on the house. The moment the manager was gone the bartender yelled "are you happy now" at my husband and called security telling them to kick my husband & me out. Then they ran the 2 ladies out of the bar as well. BTW We had each had 2 cocktails so we were not over serverd. Do not stay!!!

Beautiful hotel! Stay often. Always a very nice stay especially solo. Safe walk inside to Assembly Food Hall and Broadway. Nice bars and good breakfast

It lacks a self parking lot. Beside that, really nice.

Food orders were constantly wrong and heat was not working.

We like to stay at the Renaissance when we are going to a show at the Ryman because you can walk through the hotel and exit across the street from the Ryman. The hotel is connected to a shopping/restaurant complex. We love to eat at Assembly Food Hall before a show because there are so many dining choices under one roof. The hotel is a little dated. For example, there wasn’t a charging port for cell phones and only one outlet that wasn’t convenient. We received a $25 food credit that we used the next morning for bagels to go, but I noticed we were charged on my credit card later so I am going to have to investigate that which is a bit annoying. The convenience of the Renaissance location keeps me coming back. I recommend the hotel to anyone looking to enjoy Broadway orca show at the Rymannor Bridgestone.

Great location, pleasant staff, close to many dining and options and close to Broadway but not too close where you'll be woken up by noise. I'll definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Very nice property & very close to Broadway.

The hotel was nice, centrally located to our attractions. The bed and pillows were a bit "off" but okay. The room was stuffy even with AC on 65 for sleeping.

They have ZERO parking!! Expext to pay $40/day for parking. Then no breakfast. Their breakfast buffet is $34.99 per person. Way overpriced for the amenities.
