Property was clean and our suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly.

Wonderful!

This hotel is quite new and clean, a nicer one among the Residence Inn we stayed. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's located in an office park, so it's quiet. Restaurants are in a short driving distance. Breakfast is nice, with small variation of food each day. Front desk staffs were friendly. If anything desires to be improved, water pressure seems low in sink/wash basin. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I was politely told 2 hrs before checking in that they overbooked and they were moving me to a different less appealing small hotel. Disappointed beyond words. That said, Residents looked like ir was a beautiful property and wished we weren’t moved at the last minute. :(

Excellent customer service

I've been on the fence whether to rate this property a 3 or 4 and I ultimately had to go with a 3 for us personally. Here's why. The property is well-maintained and clean and the staff was always very accommodating with anything we requested. But we were here for 8 days and the level of discomfort and confusion we experienced made us ultimately cancel a future reservation we had at another Residence Inn on our return trip because we couldn't do this anymore. The beds are very firm to the point that our son decided sleeping on the pullout bed was more comfortable even for his young body. The chairs at the dining table were bar height while the table was standard height, making it impossible to sit with your legs under the table. Tried moving the table to the couch, but the legs were so wobbly we didn't want to break it. We'd brought games to pass the time but that went out the window. And that couch was so low you had to do a squat to get up off of it, so that means there was basically nowhere comfortable to sit. There was only one bedside table for two queen beds so I had to use the ironing board to hold my CPAP. There were exactly zero towel hooks in the bathroom (the only one that should've been there was broken). If there was a method to how often housekeeping would come, we certainly never figured it out. And all of this was for a "mobility accesible room". So it's certainly no roach motel, but maybe not rest for weary travelers either.

Fantastic experience all around. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the stay exceeded our expectations. We were a little worried when the front office manager reached out a few days before our reservation to let us know that our original room reservation was unavailable due to an extended stay guest lengthening their stay, but the fact that the staff reached out ahead of time and offered multiple suitable options comparable to our reservation was appreciated. We felt the willingness to reach out beforehand to avoid confusion/frustration upon arrival went above & beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay traveling with 3 kids. Highly recommend this property for their great customer service.

The hotel advised me when I contacted them hours before arrival that they had no water and would need to book me at another hotel. This hotel unfortunately was definitely not the same standards as Residence so it was quite disappointing. I was promised to receive a refund for my first night stay and only be charged for the second night. I have yet to see any refund.
