We have stayed here many times before and it is always a wonderfully relaxing half-way point to rest on our family vacations from Bay Area CA to Tucson AZ. They are always so kind and accepting of our pets and go out of their way to treat all of us like “family”! Their yummy breakfast offerings, many of which taste homemade, are so much nicer than what we have experienced at other “breakfast included” hotels.

Pool was nice, building 6 has a dead zone for cell phones and internet need to fix that as we could not order a uber ride?

They need to spend sometime maintaining the property. Staff was wonderful, only 7 loungers around the pool, fitness equipment needed maintenance.

I like that it had the complementary breakfast. This was not my first time. it has been a while. It’s actually one of the first places I stayed when I came to Palm Desert. I totally enjoyed it then years back since then, which was this past Mother’s Day weekend did not see or experience the same qualities as before. The rooms furniture were dirty and the room I had the toilet paper holder looked like it was about to fall off. There were no extra pillows or blankets for the fold out bed. I had two rooms actually the other room had lots of problems, faucet water pouring out, couldn’t turn it on had to put towels on the floor andoverflowing, toilet, very disappointed in this stay. Also, the pool area only had one umbrella. We all know how hot it gets there so that made it kinda hard to sit out by the pool for very long without shade. I feel like there needs to be more cleanness and Care towards the upkeep of your property. I will say that the staff were very nice and helpful. So overall needs some improvement.

I had to change room three different times AC not working in 100° weather rooms being dirty and I was told I would be comped for one night and they didn’t comp me.

Stayed at many apartment style hotels and this was up there. Stayed at in a 2 bedroom, and it was pretty spacious. One of the room has 2 bed which always more sleeping room. Kitchen was a good size and was pretty clean. Only thing I did not like was cracks on the floor in the bathroom and outlets too far from tv if you want to plug in a gaming device. Overall I give it a 7/10 it was a good stay.

A great deal for the accommodations.
the room was a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We were not aware there was free dinner every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night.
