Staff was friendly, the place is clean, and breakfast was good with quite a few options!

The facility was nice and clean, except a couple of days when the thrash bin near the elevator which overflowed with beer cans. Likely from the pool guests, but it took a while for staff to clean it or throw it out. Also, our rooms were not ready at the 3pm check-in time. We waited in the lobby at 445pm and got our rooms almost 6pm. Other than that, the place was well maintained, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and tidy, but the elevators could use some help. They clearly needed to be mopped and the walls wiped down.

Great location. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the bar and fire pit in the evenings. Breakfast and staffing was a bit disappointing.

A perfect location for easy access to WSU. The rooms are large and comfortable. The gym is good size and meets basic needs for a workout. Some of the equipment needs attention and possibly replaced. Overall great place though.

Relatively new clean and modern hotel. Blinds let in too much light and a bit noisy due to being located in university neighborhood. However, it served the purpose for it’s location and would stay there again.

We only stayed for one night so it worked but it could have been better. The garbage cans in the room had no bags in them, the tv didn’t work and the lock on the bathroom door was missing. We called down to the front a couple times to inquire about the tv but no one ever answered. Probably going to try somewhere else when we return to the area.

Everything was good, very a tentative staff. Property very clean.

The stay was good once we were able to check in. Check in time was 3 and we didnt get our room tell 530.

Nice suites. I don’t like that they charge for parking. The outside fireplace wasn’t working neither was the barbecue

Beds were very comfortable. I love having a mini kitchen. The bathroom could have been a bit more clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s a different type of atmosphere because it’s on a campus.

Shuttle to the aeroport and to the university

The room we stayed in was ok. Shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Other than that the beds are super comfortable. Close to the University and super quiet.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty - most notably the bathroom, which was in unacceptable condition. The shower was filthy and on one morning, the water wouldn’t even drain properly. We had to request basic necessities like hand soap and extra toilet paper from the front desk on multiple occasions, which should have been stocked from the start. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the linens were clearly not clean. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained between guests. On a more positive note, the hotel grounds were surprisingly well kept, which made the state of the rooms all the more confusing. Based on the cleanliness and comfort issues alone, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. To make things worse, not all staff were friendly or helpful, which made an already bad stay even more frustrating. A piece of advice…don’t make your guests feel like they’re an inconvenience.
