A very nice property with inviting lobby, outdoor seating area, and a small bar in the dining room. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious with a seperate dressing area between the beds and the bathroom. Plenty of space in the living area, 4-top dining table and fully equipped kitchen (refrigertor, electric cook top, dishwasher, & microwave).

The hotel staff was so friendly warm and welcoming when we arrived. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice on day of check out when a tornado warning had come across. Great experience I will be back.

Very nice hotel but my specific room had the following issues: dirty towel in the bathroom, kitchen light not working properly, and the power went out in the living area, all lights. Even after the power switch was reset the lights did not come back on. When I booked this hotel, the description stated there was tub in this room. There wasn’t when I checked in and the hotel service desk would not change it!

We had an excellent stay. We were close to all of the things we were in town for. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast spread had many options. The room was well appointed and spacious.
The only downside was needing to ask for towels daily but we got them very quickly.

The stay was great! The drawback was that 5ge hotels.com price FOR THE SAME NIGHTwas WAY HIGHER thank what RESIDENCE INN actually charged..SO I probably will give Hotels.com a 1 star for UPCHARGING a stay that sould have been less $$ 😐
