Floors need to be mopped

It's an average roadside motel. Nothing fancy, not the cleanest but there wasn't any bugs. It was pretty quiet at night. The pool was clean and functional. It's close to numerous restaurants and a Wal-Mart.

Received bedbugs and they denied it. Orbitz took hotel side

We walked up to our room and there was blood all over the walkway in front of our door. Then the blood spread down the walkway to the pool. It was horrible. We were late, checked in at 5 but the charged my credit card at 3 and when we tried to leave the said they were charging us anyway because there"cut off time" was 4. I tried to call for help and the KAREN manager said that I'm lying(my pictures prove it) and the 'maintenance worker was eating and didn't clean up from lunch' which was 5 hours ago!!! I still front have my money back and she promised to give me all BUT IN ONE night and charged me a full night for less than 15 mins.

It’s just a cozy place to stay me and my hubby stay there quite often actually 😊

Do not stay at this hotel unless the only other option you have is sleeping on the street. If you like barking Pitbulls in the next room, shady characters hanging out in the parking lot and roaches running around on the floors and walls. This is the place for you. Expedia, you should be ashamed to have this on your site.

First room was so stink! Smelled like old urine lingering in the toilet. And the entire property and room was very dingy. Went back to get a second room, in which was no better. Heard another customer complain about roaches in his room. Still waiting on my refund!!!!!!

This is more like a shantytown. Roaches in room will never stay here again

Nobody was at the counter when it first came up about 20 minutes got checked in they never came and changed the sheets or the towels in the room we were there for 5 days police cars driving through the parking lot like I don't know if they arrested somebody or something but didn't seem like too Savory of a place for Silver Springs management didn't give a rat's ass last time I overstay there

They had roaches and bed bugs and bedding smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned

I was overwhelmed with the amount of issues with this motel. The curtains were hanging down off the hooks and no chair to pull over to fix it. I had to use a floor lamp to hold the curtain up to block the window so people couldn't look into the room. The light switch for above the sink was broken so was on at all times. There was an adjoining door between rooms that was ajar and wouldn't close or latch or lock in anyway. There was a big table blocking it, but the door would bang against the table. The television/cable didn't work. The refrigerator was leaking liquid all over the floor. The non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. All my clothes soon smelled like smoke. The floors weren't clean. The beds only had a sheet and blanket with no top bedspread or anything. It was very cold. To my amazement the shower worked and had good pressure. I asked at the desk about security because I had a rental car. They said cameras were covering the parking lot and that the front desk was open 24/7. Many people staying there were long term tenants living weekly or monthly so many people were just hanging around. The location is convenient. I wouldn't stay here again. I had a family emergency and flew in from out of state. It was the only vacancy that I could afford last minute. If you have the time and can research, I suggest pay a bit more and go to another place.

Don't stay here. We booked for the price. Room had no bedroom lights, non-working TV, reeked of smoke, overall poor condition. Stay someplace else.

Area around property is dirty. My room was clean but dated.

The rooms are $100+ & that’s way too expensive for the quality of the motel & rooms. Per hair was over the bed, roaches were crawling in the other bed & the hot water didn’t work as well. I’m not sure about anyone else but that’s not a good experience for $100+

This property was absolutely gross. I was exhausted from traveling and would rather lose out on the $120 pmt than pay for $20k to get rid of the bed bugs I would be bringing home. Not many affordable options in the area but I would honestly rather sleep in my car.

Room was clean. However bugs were in room and hot water was more a little more then warm and not hot and pressure was not that great. We stayed our 4 nights because it was convenient to where we needed to be each day and we had 2 dogs with us. We won't be staying there again

Expedia over booked this hotel. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle
