Small property, but great service, nice upgrade room, and convenient location to beaches.

This was a pleasant experience. I want to thank the gentleman at the front desk that updated my room as a courtesy. Birthday trip. Beaches are close by, Moonlight beach is 10 minute drive. Many walkable restaurants in area, quiet cozy room. 2nd floor. I would go back! Modern room with mini fridge and sink, microwave. I would stay here again but only in renovated room. Thank you Rodeway

Overall it was a great stay. Convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores and coffee cafés. You do have a few homeless people that hang around in the evening. Love the decor of the room, beds were comfy. Stayed in a Deluxe room that had a small kitchenette, but there was no kitchenware. Not sure if you had to ask for it or not. Only complaint, was that the floor was pretty dirty.

Arrived on time for checkin. Was told they were finishing up the rooms and it would be 20 min or so. I found the rooms not be well maintained. When I asked for a late check out ( despite them being late to check me in) there was an additional charge. Great city, great location to everything, dont recommend this location though.
