Sand Dune Shores

Loved our stay at Sand Dune Shores. Amazing location, directly on the beach. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to go back!

Easy and convenient beach access, unit was very outdated, no umbrellas for beach, loud carrying on at the pool til late, homeless camp behind unit to the left on the way to beach, cigarettes and cigar butts left on beach. So other than super nice property manager and easy beach access, the place was very average. Suggest unit remodel, one umbrella per unit, quiet hours after 9 pm for pool, and move the homeless camp. Have someone skim the cigar and cig butts every evening.

Very quaint property that used every ounce of property to provide the most amenities. Short walk to the beach, rooms very nice, comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed staying here! I wish it could have been longer! The beach access was beautiful, the condo was clean and neat, if we ever make it back to WPB, this is where we'll be staying again!

The studio was beautiful and clean, but the Murphy bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It’s in an amazing location, which makes up for a lot!

It’s a time-share unit so they should remind people to bring soap and shampoo. Also, could use a bedding and towel upgrade. The manager, Rich, was the nicest and most accommodating guy!

This property has a great location on Singer Island. Short walk to the beach with chairs and shading available. Short walk to several restaurants and small grocery as well as the small resort hotel and restaurant immediately next door along the beach. The one bedroom suite with a kitchen and sofabed was just what we needed. Also, the communication by the staff ahead our arrival was very clear and informative. We had a great stay!

The people here are friendly and the staff seems nice, but the actual place is like Florida in 1975 and time stood still. The water pressure is terrible in our suite- it takes like 3 minutes to fill a pot for pasta bevause the pressure is so poor- I would hate to see shower! I'm NOT showering here- made a spa appointment and will shower there.

We have stayed at the Sand Dunes Shores facility for two years in a row and are already to return again next December. Each unit was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation including beach chairs and towels and all the cook ware you could possibly need. They also have bicycles, a great pool and hot tub, bbq grills, and private access to the beach. All this comes at a very reasonable rental price. Lastly, the facility is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. Our only regret was that we didn't find out about them sooner!

This place is amazing and underrated, as well as price does not match location and staff. Always a smile and goodmorning by name everytime you see them. Steps to the beach and prime location to relax and have beach time.
