I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. I was attending an event at another hotel/casino and the staff here was far more friendly than that location, it was also cleaner and all around better! If you don’t care about not having gambling in your hotel and want to stay somewhere that is a $10-15 Lyft ride away most casinos on the strip this is your place! We especially loved the courtyard parade (legit parade) to celebrate the Chinese New Year!

Very comfortable suite, clean, recently renovated. Comfortable bed, nice bedding, great shower. Fantastic location, close to Las Vegas Blvd, close to restaurant, but away from the noise. I really enjoyed staying there!

This location is a joke to Boutique Hotels and absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in Las Vegas. Air/heating unit did not work and when I advised the front desk they could not care less. Room was dirty as was the bed spread. Sheets were uncomfortable, towels were stiff. Shower dripped constantly. Key did not work in access gates numerous times. Front desk said they would move my room and never followed up. Associates and management couldn't care less about their guests, but you had BETTER put your parking pass on your car. Yeah, I know it's cheaper than some of the casino hotels, but you get what you pay for .. and, in this case, even less!

The property was older and was definitely a renovation. My original room had an issue with the door not closing completely and I needed to be moved to another room. It is located in a fringe part of Las Vegas. I understand why none of the external gates functioned. The area has a lot of local people wandering through at night. The only way to enter or exit the property was through the front entrance. The property has a ton of potential. It is directly across from the Virgin Casino and resort. Breakfast was good and coffee was good. staff was personable and accommodating.

The property seems to be slapdashed together. Badly painted walls, poorly constructed furniture and lamps with nowhere to plug in so they were completely useless and just decorative I guess. The staff was nice and the location was good but there was also a protest going all night at Virgin so that made sleeping nearly impossible with the paper thin walls.

The price was really good for the location and the room. The parking was free which was amazing. The only negative part was the Virgin hotel employees were on strike and the hotel was blasting music so people won’t be able to hear the protestors. It was loud when you were outside and entering the hotel but once you entered the lobbies you couldn’t hear it. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom door didn’t lock but I didn’t mind that with my partner. Overall pretty nice/cheap suite definitely worth the price.

Good price, but it is low quality. The room felt dirty and fridge was disgusting. Breakfast was horrible. Dont add it to your stay. Go somewhere to eat if you can. The manager is great. He cleaned the fridge. The room size was good. Probably won't stay there again.
